Double check your orders. My order and two others that I observed in the time that I have been waiting had errors on their orders.
Got an in store pick up order of coffee but forget I got my baby in the car and can. Not work in left him in the car and call store three time no one answer(Sunday lunch time I totally understand ) finally got helped by a lady when she is delivered one order for other customer. Did got her name but she is a little bit of chubby and wear a glasses . She is really nice and helped me out . Really want to say thank you so much . I being coming to this location for years and I really love it . You know McDonald’s just 2 yard away and they have drive through but I always like Panera bread . Thank you .
Some food tasted okay but it's a little pricey for a sandwich.I don't mind sandwich that was wrapped w/ paper, but at least wrap it like it's " food " instead of garbage or left over? I've gotten sandwich that was wrapped worst than the pic showing before. Also putting your french baguette directly in the large bag mixing with plastic utensils, chips and napkins is very nasty even before covid time. Who knows if the plastic utensils package or bag of chips had been dropped on to the floor and put it back? For the price you charge, I think you can do better than this..
Love Panera went here for a lunch with co-works. Food was perfect, delicious and done quick. Place was clean ?
Haven't been to Panera in a long time and was reminded why. The cashier was helpful and relatively friendly, but meal another story. Buzzer buzzed to pick up food, had to make two trips (no tray). While sandwich was good, apples looked like found in parking lot (very bruised) and pickle soggy and wilted (who eats the pickle???) Won't be doing this again.
Good food always warm. The curbside takes a while tho
Fast and friendly service. The place wasn't too full which was perfect to eat and unwind after work. Their sammiches are quite tasty!
It is not the staff's fault, I think they are just very understaffed but I would really not recommend it here as it is at the moment. I have not had an order made correctly the past 3 times I've gone.
This location is DIRTY and for some reason runs out of stuff. On 11-16-21 I was told sorry but we're out of napkins. How do you run out of napkins in a restaurant. I like Panera but this location needs to step it up, probably one of the WORST Panera's I've ever been to.
If it was just greeting and politeness, definitely a 5. This was a full salad?? what on earth?! Absolutely embarrassing for this company. The 5 croutons were stale (this is literally the only salad I ever order when I eat out).This is a company that wants to make it impossible for you to make a formal complaint because they don’t wanna own up to it. When I tried to make a complaint, the complaint form didn’t recognize the address even though it was the exact address that I had ordered from. Most people will just quit and decide it’s not worth it. I never do, because companies that make it’s difficult for customers here feedback are the companies that you need to give the most feedback too.
