We ordered online and wasn't able to pick-up. We went to the right location, but they insisted we were wrong. Then the found it because apparently, they "heard the name wrong". Later, we realized that they didn't give us everything we paid for and when we tried calling them, no one picked up. We tried calling for hours to no avail. We tried contacting corporate and are waiting on a response.
On my way home from work Went through drive through and litterley was waiting to get to the ordering panel 15 minutes then another 15 minutes to get to the window to pay for my order. When I ordered the family feast for $23. 95 she asked how many pieces dang don’t they know how many pieces are on the family feast meal for 23 . 95 they have plastered on their menu board . Worst experience ever. Don’t know how the food is , I hope that doesn’t fall short as well. They must need help big time . Not cool never again
waited 45 minutes after ordering my food from this place only to find out that they are closed even though it states they are open until 10PM on saturdays. It is 8:00PM. Never coming back.
Most unpleasant El pollo I have ever been . Dinning always close with no any info. Drivetru extremely slow.
They shut down the dining room permanently so all orders go thru the drive which means a 30 to 45 min wait! Once in line you can’t change mind. AWFUL
Worst service ever. Took 1hr for a dry no taste burrito. The staff just standing around joking and careless, even the manager just like if they don't like the wait they can leave.
Fresh, and hot , the drive through was very quick.. and I got extra chips instead of a soda
The facilities are clean and well-lit and the staff do their job. The food is adequately priced and the portions are reasonable. The salads and salsa are fresh and the menu has a good selection. Overall, this is a place I would revisit and pick over the vast majority of fast food restaurants.
spent money on a full meal and didnt even get the meal all i got was the drunk and mac n cheese a baby one when it came with two things of chicken ridiculous waste of money, stop forgetting things
It was disappointing that the dining room was not open. Cashier said they didn't have enough help to open it. We got the 2 person chicken meal and took it home. Macaroni and cheese side was pretty small for 2 people, but the broccoli was adequate. Overall a good meal for the price.
