The food here is terrible! It was terrible 4 years ago when I first moved to the neighborhood, so bad I quit coming to this location. The Del Taco on 21060 Golden Springs Dr, Diamond Bar was great, but they closed that location and left this terrible establishment open. Just went back this week and it’s even worse than I remember. All of my food was burned and the tacos were missing ingredients with overwhelming amount of white sauce that made me want to vomit.I will NEVER go to this del taco location again.

Beans are no good they need to put more effort in there food...some of the drive thru employees are rude not all....I really wish they could step of food quality I work in the area I would like to see some changes....thank you
Drive thru line was horrible. Took me 25mins to get my food. Had 2 cars in front of me.......?

Visited here 4 times in a month for dine in service, and 3 times the doors were locked and no access to the dining room was allowed. Seems employees decide WHEN to unlock the doors and when to keep paying customers out. Ridiculous policy. UPDATE 12/12/21 Just called today 4 times to see if the dining room was open. No one answered the phone.
Never had an issue here until today, I ordered 6 tacos and 4 of them don’t even have enough meat to fill the bottom of the taco. If I were to combine the meat from these 4, I wouldn’t even have as much meat from all of them put together to equal 1 taco that has normal proportions. Totally skimped out on these. The other 2 of the 6 I ordered were normal. I don’t know how anyone could look at the amount of meat put into the 4 skimped ones and think that’s enough. On top of that, the hard shells were stale and slightly soggy. Overall a terrible experience. Also I ordered donut bites and they put them into the bag upside down making all the donuts fall into the bag from their pouches.
I just left this place and at first through the drive thru the girl was nice she asked me to wait in the front for my order i forgot to order something else so i went inside the white male working there was rude , i gave him the money in his hand for him to throw the change at me on the counter mean while my hand was out. The tacos i order was pretty much just the shell my son was sad because it hardly had meat. And lemonade didint have no flavor pretty much water. They should get a supervisor to help them explain how to treat the customers and properly put meat in the tacos....
