I like their food but not their service. Definitely NOT like the Rancho location. Came in around lunchtime this week and was waiting in line for about 5 minutes with another family before we even were recognized (actually wouldn't have even been acknowledged if I didn't grab the attention of a little brat of a young adult who retorted, "It will be just a minute" in a snarky tone - if you can imagine that.) Another employee came by and was friendly about taking my order and said about 15-20 minutes. After waiting about 30 minutes I decided to come back in and I swear it was like a revolving door or employees walking into the store and into the back. The poor girl was manning the counter while there were no customers looking for things to do. I checked in with her to see about how much longer and she went to the back to check with the staff. About 5-6 minutes, okay no problem. She explained that they were extremely busy and it was on the way. Picked up the food after waiting 40 minutes total; wish there was an option for online order, but the display was turned off the time I came in.

This place is pretty pricey and should be taking care of their customers if they want them to come back. Been to this place a few times and as understand they just opened not to long ago but I guess today they did not want my business as I tried to call in an order 17 mins before closing time only to be told last call was 20 min before closing. I don’t understand but oh well I can find another spot.

These people are very disrespectful, this operation should not be running in my city. The manager or owner who's name is "so-called" steven treated my family with ignorance and showed no sign of professionalism. Bet if i go in there and you disrespect me or them again your restaurants antics will be known publicly.

I came here about a week ago and they literally took 30 minutes, with us being the only customers present... seriously?

Great chicken

Takeout Korean fried chicken spot with family packages. Came here on a Saturday evening and ordered takeout at the counter. They do have an online ordering option if you want to save some time. It took about 25 minutes for the food to be prepared, but we just went to TJ Maxx for some shopping while we waited. We got the spicy as well as original option - the chicken stayed crispy even after the car ride home and I liked the flavor. The fries were $5.99 and nothing special. They gave us a free thing of radish on the side.Credit cards accepted. Parking is available in the lot. There’s no indoor seating but there are a couple of outdoor seating tables. The employees were nice. Overall, the chicken was on the pricier end but I think the quality is worth it.

Incredibly overpriced but the service is very friendly and helpful. The small girl that helped us, Allison, clearly knew her stuff and is very passionate about costumer service. The chicken is tasty but for the price, this will only be an occasional treat.

The food was definitely worth it. The chicken is delicious and crispy. I love how every order is cook to order and made fresh. The cashiers were very friendly and helpful.

I know this is really good bbq chicken and we all love it but it is TOO pricey! I ordered Large 24pcs of chicken wings for $39.99. WOW! Please fix your pricings!

Food is OK.Do you like extra crispy style?Price wise, my friends won't visit the place because they say it's too pricey.
