Been living next door to the for a year now and for the second time MARTHA has chiding to give people their order who ordered after me! I notice she did it to me and TWO other black folks this time! I honestly have never had to report an employee for being so rude and unprofessional. If I didn’t have my kids, I slap the soul out of her!
Charged me for the order behind me. When I pointed it out it took nearly 10 minutes for them to figure out how to refund my money and charge me correctly. Food was good as usual
Really bad, the lane was really long, my chicken nuggets were cold and I asked for fries not salt, and I highly believe that they just re-fried them, they came almost tosty and really hard, sorry but it's really disappointing experience
I tried the new french fries ? ? they weren't that great. I still like Mc Donalds better. Long line in the drive-through but it moved fast.I did like the chocolate milkshake.

Had two junior bacon cheeseburgers and a side of fries and it was delicious. As I unwrapped the first burger I couldn’t help but to think how cute it was, it wasn’t a small burger but it also wasn’t large. I imagined this is what they would call “lunch” back in 1972. I time traveled as I bit into the burger. I’d become a middle class IT technician on my lunch break enjoying a junior bacon cheeseburger, fries and a soda pop. As I finished the burger and fries, washing it down with an ice cold gulp of pop, I could only think about life and what we’re all doing here on this spinning rock. Thank you Wendy for taking me to another time.
I never got on rude customer service like this, it's the second time today that the window associate is rude wich result in canceling my order. It was today at 8.17 pm .
My experience with y'all is five stars today.
Food is good. The biggest problem currently is that the drive through is absolutely packed all the time. I rarely see less than 7 or 8 cars and the line often goes all the way to the street. 20 minute wait is not uncommon. Seems like there should be a way to staff better and avoid this.
The Wendy's late-night drive thru operation is consistently the overall best fast-food drive thru in the area. The line is always long, but always moving and the food comes out right and fresh. Please give your late-night crew another raise!! If they're not getting raises already, why not?
