Love their kiosk. A great time saver and I can collect pts for redeeming some items. Basically $50 is equal to a free drink.
Stopped here today because my kids wanted some boba drinks and popcorn chicken. We don’t normally come here anymore since they opened Teaspoon which is closer to my house. I ordered 3 drinks and some snacks, my total was $50 including tip. Once my order was done I asked for some of the sweet & spicy sauce for the chicken. The cashier responded “we have to charge $0.50 now for giving out sauce.” My response was “really, after spending $50 you’re charging me $0.50 for sauce?” I didn’t have any cash on me and she charged me a $0.15 fee for using my card. I wasn’t trying to argue with her because my kids were hungry, there was a line and I just wanted to get one of there. Very disappointing visit today, we do not plan on coming back.
flavorless tea- usually t4 is great, but not this location! the workers were teenagers with rude attitudes & also didn’t make our smoothie correctly- huge ice chunks…

Nice Boba tea pitstop T4 franchise in the heart of Walnut Creek, next to Heather Farm Park. Quick in and out with your desired drink of choice. Can’t even control the sugar level of it.Surprisingly this please also serves some food, as we’ve discovered by looking at the menu. Will definitely give it a try with some fried tofu next time we are in.Overall Grass Jelly Fresh Milk drink was a bit flat in flavor with no sugar, as requested. Milk sure tasted like a powder one.Will definitely give this place I have one more try. Some recommendation will be highly appreciated prior purchasing.
Popcorn chicken came out cold a few times. Selection of available drinks is not so good.

They have a policy to make DoorDash orders ahead of people physically standing in line. This causes a long wait and a long line out the door. Completely do not care about customers that take the time to go there. Terrible store, trouble policy, very customer unfriendly. Zero stars
I go here twice a week. The portion sizes need to increase, but Im happy with service and quality
Great boba beverages, our favorites are the slushes with boba. Food isn’t actually bad either. Open late, which is amazing.
