Cream cheese. Utensils. Napkins. EtcWhen this opened, there were some consistent staff members, and things were better. Now almost every week it seems like there are new faces and things have gone down hill.
Not impressed with this location. Their customer service is terrible. They don’t remember you (I have literally gone every day for 2 months, and see the same 4 women on rotation). None of them ever ask how I am, or even acknowledge that I am a regular customer, paying 7 dollars for a latte, every day. And the one time I accidentally ordered through the app while approaching the drive through window (I didn’t know that wasn’t allowed), the girl was very rude when telling me next time to not do that. I come to their store every day-I expected better customer service from these ladies. A little appreciation goes a long way. They clearly don’t need my business. I will not be returning-fortunately there is another Starbucks the same distance from my house-I will be going there from now on.

Like most other people I go to quite a few Starbucks. We usually go here late afternoon after my daughter's physical therapy. I wanted to pass along a quick review that the staff here always makes my day. They laugh and participate and always end up causing me to grin by the end of the transaction. It's great in these times to see people care about a job and provide great, interactive customer service. Keep up the good work Rossmoor afternoon crew!

Be careful - their lids don’t seal and I got burnt from this location.The manager admitted on the phone they’re aware of supply chain issues causing problems with the lids - but they don’t warn you until after you nearly crash from scalding hot coffee burning your leg while driving.The district manager Kelly unfortunately seemed more concerned with the manager of the store admitting to this than the danger is causes to customers.Since I didn’t stop to take a picture of my cup between burning myself and throwing it away, Starbucks feels like it’s not worth resolving.I’ll be going to the Phil’z down the street from now on ?
Very big , quiet and not busy
Took 20mins to receive my order when the building was basically empty and the order was wrong.
