Incredibly unhelpful after a mobile order was messed up. I’ll be happy to move over to Peet’s for awhile. Cancelling my Starbucks card autofill. Hope losing a loyal customer was worth it! Arggg.
They were super patient and helpful properly showed me how to place an order online since they are currently mobile order only at the moment

This place advertised that they close at 8 pm and I got here at 7:15 pm. Alexsandra and Rudy are not the right person to be in this place. I ask for a manager Alexsander say she did not wanted to give the number or do anything. This is the worst Starbuck I have ever expectedPlease don't come to this location.
Their frappe was good and their barista is nice.
