About 20 minutes into my soy latte I started to nod off in the coffee shop. Since I'm highly sensitive to sugar, I asked if they put sugar in my drink and they said they sweeten the soy milk... WHY!A better name would be Sugarbucks "would you like some coffee with your sugar"
I went in on Monday to order a white chocolate mocha and waited 15 minutes for it while being the only person that ordered at the counter.The crew was understandably backed up w mobile orders.The kicker is that another customer came in and ordered at the counter and i visibly saw the person working mobile orders stop to get her drink for her, before mine was even thought of.Then I called him out on it and all I get is "I know" then I finally get my drink and 2 scones "on the house"I simply won't be returning because of the blatant disrespect that was presented to me in my face.I was a regular since November and work in the area so this wasn't just a one time visit.
Safe warm place. Never discriminated until last week when I was confronted by a loud command to put on a mask. In response I commented how am I supposed to drink a coffee with a mask on?
Great store!...large and clean, excellent customer service and quick. My new favorite location!I walk from home so parking isn't an issue for me.The people who work here are very nice, give them your best, their job isn't easy...☮
Staff and service was amazing . I can’t remember her name (sorry ) but when I tried to call to get my online order in she helped out. Unfortunately the app didn’t work and I still had to go in and order. Mike was patient and kind of enough to put all the names on the order ( it was huge order about 24-25 ) while still getting everything correctly and even helping me alternatives due to being out of certain things . They made it quick and mike was even nice enough to walk them out the car while I packed them in . I just wanted to say thank you from the Kaiser Walnut Creek Emergency Day shift crew ?.
Overall, my experience at Starbucks is not as great as Peet's and the unfriendly staffs are the biggest reason to avoid Starbucks. The location is convenient though.
Looks like a newer Starbucks. Really spacious and was not that busy Saturday afternoon. Ordered venti blonde latte.
Has a good selection of drinks but can be pretty expensive. I don't know why but they always spell your name wrong.

Service man was rather rude than focusing good services. Asked straw, he was asking if I need it. When customer asks it's because you need it. No need to ask back.
