Ordered catering and delivery for a party of 20 people. The food was supposedly ready on time, but the delivery part did not happen. We had to go get the order ourselves, an hour late! Not happy.

At Mike Hess Brewery with friends three doors away Will not take phone orders and total lack of customer service. Lol what a joke.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Unpleasant experience, missing items from order, none of my items were made correctly. Very slim with the meat did not look like pictures advertised at all. I will not return.

¡DONT BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR REFUND IF YOUR NOT SATISFIED!I wanted to love this place but was very disappointed it all started with a really nice g lady but wit bad customer service that was one then it went on to missing items in order. To the clam chowder lovers I don't recommend this place it was horribleI had clam chowder never have I gotten the taste of clams so strong until I came to this placeI recommend the place next door seafod grill they got good food and for almost the same price for sandwiches I been told the westcoast sourdough is better .All this come to with bad review are very believable and still continues to have bad service.

$14 for a clam chowder in a bread bowl that was flavorless and mostly made of potatoes, nothing else.

At the point when you simply NEED shellfish chowder in a bread bowl, Sourdough and Co has got you covered. Internet requesting was straightforward, and in-store pickup was a stroll in, leave recommendation. Part size was incredible; this wasn't some pitiable bread roll measured pardon for a bread roll, however a good, salad plate-sized sourdough round. Also, it was GOOD bread, and it accompanied a 12oz cup of yummy shellfish chowder; enough to flood it. Maybe the most awesome thing: the soup is kept isolated so it will not get the bread saturated on the commute home. Me? I was unable to stand by that long. I got one of the tables just outside, and got down to it. Joy!

Too expensive for what you get. We tasted our sandwiches and were not impressed. None of us even got to our second halves. The ambiance was appropriate, room temperature was great, the staff was very professional, friendly and inviting. It was just the quality of the food that was sub-par

Great sandwiches. Highly recommended

Tasteless sandwiches, hardly any meat on the sandwiches. They place the meat in the middle, so when they cut it in half looks like a decent amount, no meat towards the ends. The manager informed me that the 8 inch sandwiches have same amount of meat as the 10 inch. Terrible customer service too!I can't believe people like this place it's processed food, that has no flavor. The bread and soup isn't made there, they are warmed up. If you want a great sandwich, try Genova, great artisan bread, homemade food and they cook their turkey and ham on premises. Less $$than this tasteless place.

It's great. I got a chicken salad sandwich, and it was so good I thought they must have gotten the order wrong.
