We love this place! My husband is more of a foodie, and I'm all about atmosphere... it's a win/win all the way around!
The food was well prepared and very good. There was a wide selection from which to choose.
Food and dining part was great. Started out with a horrible experience as we entered. Reservations were for 6:45pm, showed up at 6:50, waited at the reception desk for 5 mins while the front desk was going over some stuff (not helping a patron). When they decided to attend on us, we were told our reservation was cancelled because we were 10 minutes late. Not taking that for an answer as we were still within our "10 minute" window, asked to speak to the manager. That took another few minutes and she had the audacity to say that the reservation was cancelled because we were 15 mins late ... and this was at 6:57pm (still within the new "15 minute" window.) We still did not get the high-top table we had requested, but were seated outside, which was ok. Ordered cocktails, followed by appetizers. Appetizers showed up before the drinks ??? Finally had to get the attention of the staff to check on the drinks order, which still took another 10 minutes.
Special occasion - birthday dinner last night. Service was excellent as always. And the sushi / sashimi was fresh, creative, expertly presented. Can't say enough good things about Sasa. Keep the tradition going!
Mouthwatering food with an average service. Waiters just dropped the food on the table and ran away without any commentsâ¦was quite odd This place used to be my friends best place for a special occasions,but after this dinner I guess they will change their mind.
Excellent as always. I would recommend that the table be wiped down if food happens to be dropped on it between dishes being served. Instead we need to use our napkin to clean it up.

Planned on going for a birthday dinner was a very nice restaurant but seemed liked they tried to squeeze as many people as they can between the bar and high tops. Popcorn chicken and tuna roll were amazing. The table was pretty wobbly but whatever. They lost me at the California roll and spider roll which both had weird textures of their own and were hard to chew.
