Large selection of rich ice cream of generous portions. The flavors offered were pretty standard, but lots of choices. They also serve burgers and such, but we didn't go there for that. Nice snd cool treat on a hot day.
Best ice cream ever. So creamy and delicious it's incredible. I travel from Oakland to Walnut Creek just for it. And everyone I've let try it says the same--that it's worth the trip. And sadly I jyst ran out of the quart I bought. Guess I'll be going back soon.
Took quite some time to get service on a hot day. The ice cream says sells as home made but....I make homemade ice cream and their version still has preservatives and isn't as smooth and rich.
Nice traditional atmosphere. The diablo burger was out of the ordinary and aa one would expect it, the ice cream delicious.
The butter pecan icecream here is disgustingly sweet. It does not taste like butter pecan at all - more like caramel pecan. There was a nagging Karen behind me griping about how the line is too long or I wouldn’t have felt rushed and I might have gotten a sample. Highly recommend to sample the flavors before buying as the flavors are misleading. The texture of the icecream is good and tasted fresh though.
We had dessert here. We sat inside. Staff wore masks. Alex was great—she was very friendly and patient with our orders. We all liked our desserts.
Pretty decent food quality. Unfortunately, sometimes, the food is not as good as other times I've been there; chef, food freshness, I'm not sure, consistency is important though and they don't have it.
Great restaurant and food, but they only have indoor dining on Friday-Sunday.
You would think that they only specialize in ice cream. Truth is their food is very good. The mushroom melt burger was extremely delicious. Special mention to the wait staff who were very attentive. Food was reasonably priced. Try them.
