There are two appeals to this place; the pizza crust, and the at-home bar atmosphere.The crust is crispy on the bottom like a cracker, when cooked right, and tastes great plus does a good job of keeping your pizza in a slice shape.The interior bar atmosphere near the tap seemed very fun and friendly, but I didn't stay there long. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bacon on the Randy's Hot Friday pizza was rank. The bacon had clearly been in the fridge a couple days too long, or left out before being cooked or refrigerated. It was a bit foul. Other than that my experience here was perfect. Good beer on top with proper flavor and head, bathroom smelled like pure bleach (which is what I want in a dirty pizza place ?) , and the employees were really friendly. It was expensive, about $30 for a 12" medium, but the taste was so unique and crust so good that I didn't even care. I won't go here again because of the bacon issue (If you can't keep bacon below the danger zone i can't give you a 5).

We were getting our vehicle serviced at Walmart Creek Toyota and went to Pinkys for lunch.Outstanding! We were greeted upon entering by the owner with a mask on and a big hello. The restaurant was bright ,cheerful and immaculately clean.Bonus points! We ordered two salads and a combination pizza.I had a Ceasar salad, the wife had a Pinkys mixed green. Both were brought to the table within minutes of ordering them. Both were decent size, pre-dressed and tasty.Our medium combination pizza soon followed and was perfectly cooked, wasn't soggy and was blazingly hot. All the meats were cooked not burnt.The owner swooped by to check to see if we needed refills on our drinks and to check on is customers.I highly recommend this restaurant. Extremely well run, clean, nice staff and delicious pizza..Go check them out!
I can’t say enough great things about Pinky’s. I’d never grab a pie from anywhere else around, and surprisingly they have the second best tap list in town (second only to a legitimate taproom located around the corner that Pinky’s delivers to for free). Shout out to Butch and Dan for the greatest service you could ever ask for, every visit is an absolute pleasure. Long live Pinky’s Pizza and Fieldwork hazy IPA’s!
I ordered what I thought to be a side caesar salad and it was very disappointed. For $6.95 I guess I shouldn't of expected a fresh salad. Because mine was awful. Best not to come here on a Saturday night either. We had to wipe down our table and waited almost a hour for our pizza. Our pizza just wasn't that great. We were really disappointed.Maybe they were short staffed...not sure but I use to love their pizza.
We come to Pinky's everytime we are visiting in the area. The pizza is great, the atmosphere is fun and their craft beer tap list always good.
Classic and established pizza joint. Food is good and they do have a really nice beer selection which means a lot to me ultimately haha

Amazing pizza and amazing atmosphere. Staff here are fantastic. It really feels good to help support a locally owned and operated business like this. Their beer selection is excellent as well. They always have a Fieldwork, Henhouse, and Lagunitas on tap.Their prices are very reasonable. Cheaper than your chain stores, for sure!I literally drive 30 minutes to go here, and pay the toll to cross the Benicia bridge, because the pizza and atmosphere is literally THAT good.I highly recommend this place. Best pizza in all of Walnut Creek and Concord. Period.
