Liked. Good food abd service
The host/staff took forever to seat us. About 10 mins after our reservation time. Our waitress was nice. But, didnât offer if we wanted dessert after our meal. She also brought us the check then asked me after if I wanted a another cocktail? Food was good. But, a bit over price.
Fatherâs Day
I saw the reviews online and should have listened. Service was terrible here: it took 30 mins to get a drink, 45 mins to get 2 appetizers, and after an hour we still had no food. I ended up not even eating my food after being so disgusted with the service. I should have went to the location in Emeryville, but they had no reservations left. The excuse we were given is the head chef is at the A’s baseball game. No discount was offered for this terrible service. We still had to pay the full bill. If I had the energy I would call the corporate office as no concessions were given for this terrible service. The manager Arlene made no attempt to REALLY help us. Our business was obviously not welcomed, but no worries because I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!
Went on a Saturday with my family to the restaurant being dead. We ordered our food but our waiter told us on a few of the items we ordered that it is "unavailable" tonight. Food came out and it was tasteless. The service was ok but when we paid our bill we decided we were gonna leave a cash tip, the waiter comes back to our table and asked why we didn't leave a tip while were still at the table eating our food. It made her look desperate and unprofessional. I'm surprised this restaurant is still open for how dead it is and considering the other great other restaurants in Walnut Creek with better service at the same price range. Shouldn't be open if you don't have items on the menu available on a already limited menu. Train your waiters on being less desperate for a tip. Will never go back here.
Orange beef was soggy, server forgot two items. Took 85 minutes to 2 people to eat. Will never go here again
Went to celebrate my birthday with my family and it was a over all good experience food was good service was excellent and the birthday surprise was the icing on the cake. Definitely coming back

Overall, everything was great! But you can tell that the restaurant is still building itself up from the pandemic. The staff seems very new and it’s a bit slow. Practice some patience and you’ll have a good time!
