I had high hopes for this place, but maybe it's because I ordered a personal sandwich and not one of their signature sandwiches. I ordered a delicious turkey on sourdough roll with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and pesto. The bread was good. There was a bit too much mayo and if I didn't add pesto to the sandwich I don't think it would have flavor. If was to order again I'd try one of their signature sandwiches, but with some modifications (taking off stuff I don't like.)

Fun little Italian deli. I've been wanting to come here for years. It is also only about a 10-12 min drive to Heather Farm's off Ygnacio to go enjoy the sandwiches by the lake or gardens. They also have cute little tables in front of the deli. There was a line but enough staff where the line moves quickly. Great selection of chips!! And different drinks. Sammie was also very tasty but they ran out of bread except rye and bagels, which the rye was excellent, but it is best to go earlier rather than right before they close if you aren't into rye. Looking forward to going back to try more of their wonderful options and try their sourdough bread.

Great sandwich place in Walnut Creek. My favorite is California BLT.

Lives here for 3 years and It baffles me how people still religiously go here. Frankly there’s no better sandwich shop in town and their sandwiches rank above the rest, but their service is horrible. I honestly can’t say I’ve had a good/great experience when it comes to the service.Every time I call it’s a busy line. When they pick up they talk like they don’t care about taking my order. When I ask for anything off the menu with addtl toppings or different bread for example are never correct. When picking up an order the girls behind the counter need to finish up their conversations before packing up my sandwichesI am a fan of their sandwiches but their service is below par. And I hate to complain about service as I’m in the service industry, but I feel like they need a reality check before it gets to a level that other customers take their business elsewhere despite their longtime loyalty.

Small deli with good sandwiches and some outdoor seating. Recommend pick up. When paying listen to the number the cashier yells out to the sandwich makers. That's your number they will yell out the window to pickup your food.

Sandwiches are good. Expect a wait.

I can’t believe there were people lining up for this place. Meh. Nothing special, a step above Subway.

Many have positive experiences at Morruci's, however after trying their meatball sub, pesto sandwich, and their BLT with turkey, I feel justified to say that I don't like their food all too much. The meatball sub and pesto sandwich were far to greasy and heavy-feeling rather than feeling fresh, and the turkey on the BLT was quite dry. Otherwise, the bacon was pretty good, and the turkey was seasoned alright. Morruci's is okay -- I would suggest trying a BLT with no turkey, and to maybe add avocado to it if you consider coming here.

The 6 1/2 is the best sandwich I have ever had in my life anywhere. I highly suggest this place I have never been let down by a sandwich from Moruccis.

I had #12 which was chicken supreme I think? Anyways I added bacon and cheese and it was baaanging. The dutch crunch bread is great too. Not a cheap sandwich but well worth it and I'll definitely go again when I'm in the area. Can get busy, there was a line out the door so make sure you have some time but that just shows it's good.
