I ordered 2 kids meals and an adult meal while my 2 crazy kids were sprinting up and down the hall. I guess the server didn’t hear me (understandably) so when I only received part of my order I was surprised. The manager quickly came out an resolved the problem no questions asked. I can’t say the food was amazing but it was good and they are trying really hard to have excellent service. I would definitely eat here again.
Delicious. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Order was perfect. Lettuce wrapped burgers on the menu! Never seen that before.
Sounded great so I took a chance. Had a simple cheeseburger. Soft crumbly seeded bun. Looked like nothing on the menu. Just sort of slapped together. The fries were super hot but my guess is re-fried. Photo below. I love fries. These were way more than fried. As I sat here doing my review the cashier came outside with a rag. He brushed off 2 tables with his hand and pushed the chairs in. The rag never cleaned the tables. He turned toward me and asked how mine was. I said I was disappointed and offered him my tray to take. He said he was sorry to hear that and he went inside. Next trays that came out looked fresh. Might have just been an off day. But I don’t usually spend money to see if it’s off a second time.
The Double Diablo is my favorite burger. It is delicious and hot! The staff is kind and helpful. The General Manager is running a top notch crew.
Betty was the cashier at Walnut Creek. She was friendly, attentive, patient and has superb customer service. She’s-a keeper!I’ve had bad experience in that store before and my first time with Betty. She’s the best!
The best burger I have had in a long time! The meat was perfectly cooked, the condiments were the right proportion, and the bun was extremely fresh. It would be hard to find a better burger. I asked the team member who made it, and they said it was Anthony. Kudos to Anthony and everyone else at this location today!
Highly recommended their food is absolutely delicious and so are there fries. I really do enjoy their milkshakes as well A little more pricey than the typical burger place, but definitely worth it. Everything is nice and fresh ??
Listen, I hate to give a bad review, but my feelings were hurt by this joint. So, I'm taking it into Karen mode. The peeps who were rating this place ANYTHING above one star were either drunk, stoned, or have never had a decent hamburger in their life. Bacon was undercooked which is just gross. There was nowhere near a quarter pound of meat, but I think they tried to make up for the weight with salt. Just salt, there were zero other seasonings. Also, how can fries be burnt, stale, and soggy all at the same time? This is what I get for trying a new place. I'll stick to Super Duper or Broderick's. I mean, even 5 guys is better than this joint. zero stars.I'm so sad bc I really, really wanted a burger.
this customizable burger joint is always busy because they are always amazing! food is always hot and delicious. had an absolutely amazing experience of having something on my burger i couldn't eat due to allergies and the staff was so relaxed and friendly and accommodating. this will always be a family favourite!
I went to Mooya based on a recommendation. My experience however was substandard. Entering the establishment initially, it was clean and definitely had good vibes. However when it came to placing my order.. Loren came off more micro-aggressive and cynical rather than friendly and upbeat as far as customer service goes. However when a family came in after us that was not ethnic/ african american she certainly was visibly more pleasant. We did notice the lady bagging our orders was very pleasant and efficient.Pros:Clean EstablishmentGreat Menu optionsFast serviceFulfilling foodCons:Micro-Aggressive order taker (Loren)Ordered extra cheese on my burger did not see or taste itNo prices on the menuLoren was not knowledgeable about menu or what burgers
