As I write I am eating a two-way combo at Kinders with the Ball Tip, Hot Link, Mac and Cheese, and Coleslaw. The food is really good but lukewarm. It makes me wonder about their food holding temperatures which are definitely not above 135 F. Also, the portion size left a lot to be desired.
I was the only customer in the store and staff ignored me for over 10 minutes. Once I was finally helped, the clerk overcharged me. When I brought this to her attention she tried to blame me and refused to correct the problem. No supervision and poor customer service at this location. Typically I enjoy eating a kinders but I won't return to this location.
OMG I bought the best Porterhouse steak. They make great sandwiches and the service is the best. Thanks everyone ☺
I will always love kinders, ut this location needs some work. They ran out of the asked potato which several people had pre-ordered and weren't told about until they arrived. Also, it took about 10 mins for them to take my order and an additional 20 to actually prepare my food because only 1 person was actually working. Concord location is much better
Not too busy, plenty of parking and.the best breakfast sandwich around here. Meat was tender and large tasty portions. Wish there was.one closer.to me.
Good food and decent meat.I haven't ordered there selection of meat to take home and cook for myself but from what I have eaten it seem good.
Bought ribs, salad, ball tip, and a sandwich. Food is fine but server appears to be having a bad day and was rude. Had to be very specific with her just to get the standards like utensils, napkins, etc. I don't get why people bother to show up for work if they are facing attitudes and why management didn't send her home??? Please tell me. Thanks
My wife called and had to repeat her order 3 different times over the phone and they told her it was going to take 30 minutes for 2 Blazin ball tip combos. When she got there they only gave her one combo, she had to wait another 10 minutes for her order to be completed. This is completely unacceptable to forget an entire order and make her wait after a 30-minute wait! They didn't even offer a discount or anyting which if I was in their position I would have asked a manager and got it approved immediately. And from Reading other reviews I'm probably going to be very disappointed on the portion of meat that will be on the Blazing ball tip. Will not be returning Here. Very disappointed!
They don't use gloves. Everyone in there were touching or picking up demeaning with there bare hands. No Thank you.
