Good neighborhood place for sushi. Nothing fancy or flashy but good Japanese food at reasonable prices. We had California and Alaska rolls (each order has 6 rolls) and an order of sake nigiri all excellent.
One of the best Sushi spots in the Bay. 100% Recommended
Drive out to walnut creek just to try this place out. I gave two stars cause it won't get you sick but you will be heavily disappointed. The calamari was served like fried chicken strips with bbq sauce and my baked scallop roll was in a pool of sauce. It was so soggy that it was trying to fall apart in my chopsticks and the only thing I could taste was butter and sauce. Couldn't even eat more then one piece of it and 20 minutes later my stomaches still feels like a greasy mess. The salad in the bento had an off taste so I stopped eating it. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant
Really good rolls , great size lots of avocado and real crab
Great sushi. Good, friendly service. A hidden sushi gem in Walnut Creek
It was good, as it should be. Nothing outstanding though.
Finally decided to order from here. Checked out the reviews. Most were pretty dated. Settled on the titanic roll and spicy chicken ramen. The titanic roll was Amazing!! It was fresh, hot, big enough to split (I didn't). Flavor was on point. Don't really remember a crunchy component but I wouldnt hesitate to order it again. The spicy ramen on the other hand was extremely subpar. Great portion size for the price, but the broth was flavorless. The chicken was definitely dark meat. The veggies and ramen were overcooked. Chicken bouillon, salt and red pepper flakes were a must to achieve the flavor I was looking for.
Kana sushi is our go-to sushi spot in Walnut Creek. They are generous with the portion sizes, fairly fast with the orders, and parking in the plaza is not too bad.
Sake kama is always a hit! Love this place so much, it's hard to cook at home, when I'm less than a mile away.
