I eat at Jack’s at least once a week, it’s that good. Chinese Chicken Salad and their deep fried Turkey wings. The manager suggested that I try the Turkey wing deep fried … and it’s so good that I get one or two every time. Their employees are all so nice, too. I always look forward to eating at Jack’s!
One of my favorite restaurants by a long shot. If I ever find myself in this part of Walnut Creek, I always treat myself to a BYO salad at Jack’s Urban Eats. The ingredients are so fresh and flavorful every time. Their kids options are super yummy too!
This place is popular but maybe not for vegans. The table was dirty and the forks as well.I went with 5 friends. We ordered at different times ( because someone had to hold the two tables) and the food that was order first came last and sorry to say but it wasn’t that good and pretty pricey for a salad $14.95 plus tip!! Uff!
This is our go-to restaurant when we want something of great quality done fast. And I mean... Like when everyone is hungry and you need to eat to rerain done semblance of civility... Jack's has never, ever, ever, taken longer for our to go order than the 15 minute time on their online ordering system. The food is great, and the prep time is rock solidly rapid... We love eating here!Also, it's nice that their online ordering saves previous orders for repeat ordering... Making ordering even faster! :)
Delicious, creative, healthy food if that's how you like it... But also fries and stuff in that mold if that's your preference. Very friendly staff and flexible vegetarian options including replacing chicken with tofu in their salads
Good food and fast service. Impossible taco salad and steak salad. A little skimpy on the steak salad as far as the greens but still good.
Always have to stop here if I stay the night in Monterey/Carmel area. Their coffee drinks are on point. I usually get the hot white chocolate mocha for as long as I can remember and each time I return, I say I will try something else but end up with it again. It is perfect. They have benches around this shopping center and little tables perfectly places near all the flowers and plants. With the ocean brisk morning air and a coffee drink, it starts the day off right.
The food is good here occasionally but there are some bad aspects of this restaurant. Some of the employees are extremely rude with attitudes. Also, the steak is often very poor quality. Many of the dishes are based on steak so its important to know that it is often chewy and tough.
I have gone plenty of times and I have always been happy with my salad I went today and they dont have queso fresco anymore. their website still states they still do if that’s not the case they should update their menu also the portions have gotten smaller and smaller and it just doesn’t satisfying anymore I think this will be the last time going their really disappointed feel like I’m not getting what I pay for
Interesting business model, relatively decent food, especially salads and great service at Jack’s Urban Eats.Tried both of their expensive meat dishes dishes - Sonoma and Try Tip and cannot recommend either one of them. Meat is a bit chewy and not as flavorful as you’d want it to be. Mac & cheese ordered by my beautiful wife was OK although I’m not a big fan of it. Grilled veggies were excellent and flavorful. Would highly recommend to build your own salad. Choose any mix of greens and seven additional ingredients you would like to add to it along with the favorite dressing of your choice.Excellent service and thank you to the host for that! Will be back just for that.
