Very rude customer service. I have a missing order and they did not handle it well. I went to the drive thru to place another order but they ignored me and they told me to go buy somewhere else.
It's a pending and variable consistency.But this time the two tacos were just right and the chocolate shake did the trick.
Went through the drive-thru everything was good gave them our order and everything was in the bag so everything was good
Staff was friendly, but seemed a little overwhelmed. Food was fresh and good. Wait was one that should be expected with made to order food but it seemed to go by relatively quickly. A decent overall visit.
If I could give negative stars I would. There were at 5 or 6 cars in the drive thru when the restaurant abruptly, and no warning, shut down before their closing time and failing to serve the customers who were in line. This is unacceptable customer service. I hope Jack In The Box reprimands, or better yet, fires whoever dumb idea that was on. I doubt I'll be eating there anytime soon.
Food was good, this is Jack in the Box, dont expect 5 star cuisine and you wont be disappointed. Everything was to temperature, and the shake was smooth.

I can say anything about the food and what not.It's a chain.. convenience and prices is there.Sometimes there is a decently longer line/wait depending on how busy or new trainee is doing.This time I went, the person at the window handing the food out said to me, "2 more bags" and I'm looking at my stuff and I got everything.I wave the other guy inside and he opens the window and asks, " you got everything right?"I said yes. It was obvious that the trainee got confused.
I was staying at the hotel across the street and wanted a late night meal, but because I didn’t have a car they refused to serve me. Not everyone has a car, and it is quite rude to write off an entire segment of the customer base because of that.
Great food, fast service. Need to check orders a little more carefully. I hate coming back for mistakes, they efficiently fix it.
