Great sandwiches and great customer services. One star off for the cleanliness of the restaurant.
I got the cheesesteak sandwich. Ordered online. Done in a reasonable amount of time. Took it home to go so I didn’t know what to expect but it was soo good ! Not too much bread, plenty of flavor. They even included two caramel apple pops! Only took away a star because they forgot my extra sauce which is on the receipt.Update: Went back for round 2 today ! Did a phone order this time so I could ask for a recommendation.The backstabber sandwich was phenomenal. Also tried dutch bread for the first time which was also really good (kind of sweet), I wouldn’t recommend it for every sandwich. Sandwich 5/5 Customer service 3/5 overall still 5 stars for me ??. Would definitely recommend.
Love Ike's, but it's frustrating when this location closes early just so they can close up quicker. Don't advertise being open until 9pm if you're not!
Ordered two sandwiches, both were honestly below mediocre. I feel like we got ripped off. Would have been way happier giving my money to subway. Both made super sloppy, barley any chicken, super soggy and greasy. I dont know how a sandwich can have so much sauce but no flavor. Our fries were terrible as well. Super greasy and no salt added. Paid $41 for 2 horrible sandwiches, drinks and fries. Waaay over priced.

My favorite sandwich place, I recommend you try the The Damon Bruce sliced rib-eye sandwich. It’s absolutely delicious.
I could live off of Ike's. This shop is a great location, but has kind of high employee turn over.
Sandwich had no meat in it. It was allBread and no filling. Waste of $13. Unhappy with this Ike’s location
Ordered 2 subs online and picked the Dutch crunch bread. Was able to order it. Went to get the food and they didn’t tell us the ran out of the bread. I had to call to tell them. We pretty much order this sandwich for the bread. We would have just gone to a different location. Usually love the sandwiches but was disappointed this time.
I order a sandwich at 3:35 and came back at 3:45 to pick up my order. The server Crew P told me that my order will be ready in 3 minutes. I came back in 5 minutes and my order wasn’t ready yet. Crew checked with kitchen and she saw no one was working on my order. So she stayed in the kitchen prepared my order and at that time there was so many sandwiches ready for pick up but no one was in the front to call people for their order.My order was ready at 4:05Their team work, and customer service was very bad.Not recommend this location if your time is valuable for you.
