Comparing this place to the average Chipotle, my experience was subpar.1. Portions are very small2. I repeated three times what I wanted to the worker, and he still scooped the wrong things AND completely skipped something I asked for (young brown haired guy? maybe he’s a new worker?)3. The rice was in clumps
it the filthiest franchises I have ever been to....the floors were dirty, the tables weren't cleaned up and I just didn't feel like eating there ...since the kids were hungry, so we just bought lemonade there and came outI don't know whether they were under staffed or what but an eating place needs to maintain cleanliness....that's the least to expect !!! Seeing those dirty floors, I couldn't get myself to sit there and eat inspite that we were so hungryI wouldn't ever want to go into that one anymore though I love chipotle

Just had the worst bowl from this Chipotle.. got double the meat. Was about the average 1 scoop.. VERY STINGY WITH THE MEAT!!
The Walnut Creek Chipotle is easier to get to then the Pittsburg one and I live in Pittsburg lol
I’ve been coming here for quite some time and I’ll admit to being one of those customers that eats here far too often. I really like this store and their food seems to be very good compared to other shops. Plus, parking is always easy. One strange fact about this Chipotle is that for the longest time, we would hear Chris Isaaks “Wicked Game” play on the music system. Then, as time went on, we would hear remakes and different versions of the same song. Over and over. I know that’s useless info but it made an impression on me.
On Friday 10/29/21 I walked in here waiting to get served and the employees ignored me and refused to serve me they looked at me standing there waiting for serving this was insane to me I just lefted and I won't come there again ..
One of the best Chipotle’s I’ve been to. Consistently makes it well. Props to whoever’s on shift right now.
Stingy portions stale chips bad experience at Chipotle. Staff looks burnt out. Hit or miss based on bad customer service
