Does not matter what time of day, this location will be packed. I recommend using the mobile app to order ahead for in -store pick up for the quickest turn around. A few occasions I spent 25 minutes in line for the drive through which is not unheard of. Besides the wait, great food and service as expected. They just need a better system to help get customers in and out of the drive through faster.
I really love this fast-food restaurant!!! I am really impressed by how so quickly are orders getting ready! It is one of the tastiest fast-food I have ever eaten. Regularly go with my family to enjoy with their Spicy Chicken Deluxe, Waffle fries and Milkshakes ? I recommend this place to every fast-food lover who want to enjoy with tasty food and drinks!!!
So dissatisfied and disappointed in this location and the lack of customer service. We placed a mobile order before getting to the drive thru line. I clearly ordered a 12 nugget meal that they forgot to even put in the bag. We let them know they forgot our nuggets and they handed us 3 chicken strips… we didn’t realize we were handed 3 chicken strips until we pulled out of the drive through line. we clearly stated and ordered a 12 ct nugget meal!! Will not be returning.
Customer service here is always nothing short of wonderful. Food is always prepared the way you want it. The staff will even offer you a refill on your drink while you're sitting at your table or provide you extra napkins if you need one. Quality food and great customer service.
The line moves pretty quickly. The food was great. Came out hot and fresh. Plenty of sauces and a lemonade to wash it down. I had the chicken club. Very good experience.
The food was stale and nasty. Really disappointed.We order the exact same thing in another chick fill a in San Diego 2 weeks ago it was our first time ordering breakfast we got the egg cheese bacon biscuit and the sausage one. It was very good excellent in the San Diego location though, it was so good that when we came back we decided to come back and get the same thing so we went to Walnut Creek and order breakfast for the first time here aswell.Huge dissatisfaction and huge disappointmentThe food was stale and nasty. It was my first time ordering Their Chopsld spicy and they gave me salad with the bacon I’m not eating all that I’m allergic with that thing and how I’m hungry looking at my food also I was about take a look inside the guy told it’s everything don’t wait in the line here at the their drive through I’m crying ?
As with other locations, drive thru lines can get pretty rough at peak times. This location shares an entrance with 24 hour fitness so can get even more jammed up if you try to go in for an early dinner. Food is good and the staff are courteous as expected.
I don’t know WHAT happened to this chick fil a. It used to be really well managed and they had great customer service and it was always clean.Now, the employees are incredibly rude, they get the food wrong, and the inside is filthy. The tables are sticky and dirty and they dragged wet bags of trash in the dining are and didn’t clean it up.The food was stale and nasty. Really disappointed
Fantastic food as always. There’s always a huge line and the poor 24hour gym nearby must lose a lot of parking to people picking up their food. I feel like chick fil a should start planning a better parking lot layout strategy with the popularity of their stores. There’s always a line around the block and so many people in line for drive through no one can actually park in the restaurant parking spaces
