This store needs some serious help and management. Tonight I went there and wanted to get their biggie meals. And a Dave’s Double. They looked very understaffed and the woman doing the Fries was elderly. They look like they were the best they can and the restaurant was swamped with customers. Myself included. As I got the order and drove home I had found they didn’t pack my Dave’s Double. So I drove back and went inside. I showed my receipt and they gave me a fresh one plus a cookie for the inconvenience. The staff was calm and like I said don’t their best. Then I came home and went through my wallet and couldn’t find the card I paid with. By the time I got back to the restaurant to see if they had it, I had to wait 20 min just to get to drive thru. I told the guy what card it was and the last four it was ending and he darted off. Then came back with three cards. He didn’t listen to me. So finally he gave me my card back. But I’m going to get a new one in case. The point is I had to go back three times. Managment really needs to fix these problems with staffing and sense of urgency.
Someone added googly eyes to the Wendy's logo in the drive-thru. I thought this was the best thing I'd seen all day. Drive-thru was fast and the customer service good. My baked potato was on point. If you're going to dine in just make sure you lock your car.
Never been treated so bad at any establishment. Ordered a burger to go only to find out when I got home that the patties were so dried out they were like beef jerky. Took it back and explained the problem, the employee unwrapped the burger and completely disassembled it on the front counter and told me that's how they were supposed to be and slid it back across the counter to me and said there was nothing wrong with it so she couldn't give me a refund and walked away. Worst customer service I've ever experienced!
this will be the last time I come to a Wendy's I ordered a double meal and got a double stack something smaller than what I ordered $11 for a double stack wow I see why in and out going to take over the fast food world. quality sucks at Wendy's
They serve piss water instead of cherry vanilla coke. Drive thru only. That means they can shut the window and refuse to serve you. worst service ever! I will be back and I want my drink!
Really good burger(big bacon cheddar double), fast prep, and friendly staff. Minus 1 star though for the fries being luke warm fries before i left the parking lot.
Food was prepared very well and it was tasty! I was impressed with the staff as they were friendly and were really on top of their game. I could hear them communicating with each other and looking for ways to help others. Truly a great place and will be returning.
What a fine establishment. I was able to partake of a frosty. Very good. Customer service was good but she forgot to get me a spoon so 4 stars
I ordered the one Honey Butter Breakfast Chicken Biscuit with one slice of American cheese, 2 Oatmeal Bars, and one medium size Tropical Berry Lemonade. The total cost was $21.20. This was a Grubhub delivery service order from my home computer it was yesterday at 12 p.m. Every thing I ate was very delicious!
Went there early AM to get a Wendy's breakfast. If you haven't had a Wendy's honey butter chicken biscuit or the maple bacon croissant you are truly missing out.
