Great food, generous portions & friendly service. However, it was absolutely freezing inside!!
My husband and I came for breakfast the other day. Honestly, it's been a while since I've been here. My husband was pleasantly surprised at the taste of the biscuits and gravy. The prices are really good and the portions are a pretty good size. We'll have to add it back into the rotation.
We were a group and ordered dishes that includes rice. The orders arrived and one of us tried the rice and immediately spit it out, it was spoiled. I smelled the rice and it smelled sour. Another one of us had a burrito with rice in it and they also said the rice was sour. We requested they change the rice and the employee behind the counter responded, "I just tasted it and it doesn't taste funky, maybe you just don't like how it tastes." Wow, just unbelievable! Very rude and terrible attitude, left us all speechless! The onion rings were great, but we will NEVER be coming back! ??
The food was very delicious, The service was great. Don't forget to tip your waitress!!! I got the Texas barbecue burger, And it was mouth-wateringly delicious. I definitely look forward to eating here again!!!
I have been here several times and experienced a lot of issues. But let it go because of the value. Tonight. I'm done with this place. I got there and it was dark outside. The menu wasn't lit. I asked if they have menus and she basically told me no.. just go on your phone.. strike one. I then order the food. Kind of blindly. I then get to the window and after repeating my order two or three times at the speaker they still had it wrong. Strike two. I then ask them to please correct it. And I get nothing but attitude. Strike three. I tell the woman I'm not doing this. I don't pay I don't get my food. I drive off. I am literally done with this place.
Wow. Tried to order dinner this evening and the lady kept walking away from my husband and I. When we finally tried to order, the lady gave us attitude. Listen, I get people are short staffed, but I have zero tolerance for bad, no HORRENDOUS customer service. Then, we decided to try to call to place an order, the same lady said give me a minute and we’ve been on hold for 20 mins. I and my husband won’t be coming back. Lost two good customers that have been eating here for a long time.
First time trying Tom's. Ordered 2 breakfasts for delivery. Hash browns were burnt beyond recognition. Ordered over easy eggs for both breakfasts and they were so overcooked the yolks were decimated. Have driven past this place so many times and was dying to try it. I'm so disappointed. ?
Great little quick place to get breakfast. They always have specials. Great portion sizing. Why wait at other places. When this place is open and fresh! The customer service is on point. Make sure your cup of coffee is full. Thanks Tom's!

This was my first time having lunch here. I ordered the steak salad on a whim. It was GOOD the vegetables were fresh and crispy the steak was tender. My husband had some giant bacon burger and he said it was fantastic. Is a local spot and I will be going here again. Definitely worth a try.
