Customer service was slow and was not busy. Food was just ok. Menu was basic and no description of food.
We stopped here based on other reviews that food was excellent and service was great and quick. There was only 8- 10 customers and we had to wait 15 minutes for menus. We ordered breakfast plates right away. Had to wait 45 minutes for food with no update from waitress. When we asked about status, she had attitude and said made from scratch is never quick. Food was marginal. Omelets overdone with brown coating, husband had scrambled eggs and biscuit and gravy (no sausage in it). Won't be back
I was shocked at how poor the food and service was after seeing such great reviews online.The coffee was disgusting. I never expect much from diner coffee but the Time Out Cafe's might be the worst I've ever had. Watered down and burnt at the same time.My chorizo scramble was brought to the table cold and our side of sausage came after we had finished breakfast.
Really wanted to try this place out cause it looks good but after being on hold for 15 minutes not on mute and hearing what some of the staff there was saying I declined. A lady was saying to another co worker that they really just care about the regulars and walk ins but other than that it’s not really important. If you don’t want pick ups or door dash and things like that make it that way, don’t advertise you do curbside pickup. Really disappointed as I support small local businesses but not this place.
Fresh coffe and really good taste...I like it. I will come back again. Tanks everybody.
