Very disappointed with this location. Ordered a 10 piece chicken with a 1/2 Onion Rings 1/2 Fries right before my other guest in my party. My other guest received their food in a timely manner, but my meal didn't come out after over 10 minutes. I asked and they said they were waiting on the chicken. 19 minutes after I ordered the food finally came out. The chicken was completely raw on the inside. 2nd time I've had a raw food experience at this location already. Got my money back and went to Chick Fil A
Update 6/4Not sure what is happening here but the quality of the food has changed. The last 2 weeks i have had the worst salads and over cooked chicken bites. It appears they are cooking some of them twice.I guess i will stop coming here a couple of times a week..So glad to have a drive thru.Every single visit (and there have been many)has been great.
My husband and I enjoy the food here. Decided to come to the new one in vista being as though the one in carlsbad/Oceanside never get my order correct and are very rude.This one has a drive thru which we love. The salads at the Habit are amazing
This is a new location for Habit.My wife, of course, recommended Habit. She said you can get restaurant quality burgers for less than half the price. She even mentioned Islands. I was doubtful, since they are famous for their burgers. I said "ok," since she's usually right anyways.You guessed right if you think it's awesome. It's on par with the aforementioned restaurant. Habit is that good.I ordered the seared Ahi burger and customized it. The wife ordered the standard burger there and the boys had their standard as well. The Ahi was so good! If your like me and go for the healthier meal then go for fish. I had my doubts, but there were unfounded, as the burger was just as good as some crazy expensive restaurant. It was about 11 dollars, but this is now my meal when I go there. The economically priced other burgers make up for the fish price.You come here, make sure you order the sweet potato fries. Best I've had anywhere!Cheers
The food is kinda ok, definitely had better at other locations. The staff here are incredibly slow. Waited behind 1 car for almost 20min.I definitely recommend a different location.
Ordered the new hamburger called Cubano Char, it's very salty even without cheese. Asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes but no they didn't add it even though it says on the receipt. Also had half and half of fries/onion rings but they put 4 small pieces of rings. I don’t recall having only 8 rings in full orders. Disappointed.
I'd give zero stars if possible. I sent my 19 year old daughter to grab burgers using the coupons we were gifted at Christmas '21, coupons with no expiration or restrictions. The team "manager" refused to give my daughter her name, and refused to give back our coupons! When I tried calling the "local" number, it led to a central call center and the agent claimed they were unable to give me the managers name or contact info for the corporate office. What a slap in the face! Needless to say I'll be going up the ladder.
Today was my first time ever eating from this location and both the service and food was absolutely terrible! I ordered a salad with a side of onion rings. I get home to discover that my onion rings were cold, hard and way overcooked, which would explain the dark color. Also, they didn't even bother with putting my salad in the bag. I drove back up there to let the know and they were rude and basically tossed me my food instead of handing it to me. I will never eat at another Habit Burger again and would strongly advise anyone I know against ever eating there. Unacceptable, unprofessional and definitely unedible. Horrible place of business!
It seems tucked in an odd location, but it's The Habit, so the food is great. I've only been to this location once but the employees were very accommodating to special requests. Plus this location has a drive thru which seems to not be terribly common with The Habit, which is a very nice plus
I'm generally a fan. In fact, my 2 other Habit reviews in here are both 5 stars. Been to maybe 20 Habits in 3 states. Ordered inside for pickup at Vista. 1 person in front of me with small order and I ordered 2 items. Seemed well staffed. And waited (am waiting) FOREVER. And the prices seem higher here (maybe price hike will hit the rest soon). Plus I asked for no plastic anything (as I do at all other Habits) and they couldn't manage that either. Very disappointing. Maybe the drive thru is preferable, or maybe Habit doesn't know how to manage drive-thru's. The only other Habit I know of with drive- thru service is in Visalia. I may just avoid this location, at least for the foreseeable future. At the time I post this this location rating is 2.8 - abysmally low. Don't extend this eval. to other locations. 2 other locations are very close off 78.
