I have always loved this restaurant. This was my first time back since Covid. The food was good as usual but it ended there. The wait staff was completely uninterested and almost seemed annoyed. Took 15 mins to get a glass of wine. It was a Monday at 5. The restaurant was very slow. It was unfriendly and really didn't seem to care if you stayed or left.

I asked for super spicy and they gave it to me. Tom Yum was delicious and served in a hot pot. Pad Thai from here is the closest I've had compared to hawker stalls on the streets of Bangkok. Really like this place, anticipate coming again.Price is higher than expected, but Thai One On is a step up compared to other bargain Thai places, would be a great date spot or semi special occasion spot. This is a $20/entree place, and so far what I've had has been worth it.

Mostly this review is about the service. Poor Attitude. Very poor.I bought lunch for an entire office. The order was correct and the food is good. I was not offered any extra sauces, and when I asked for some I was given 2 hot sauce and 2 teriyaki. That is not even one a piece per 6 items I ordered. It was like pulling teeth to get a sufficient amount. Also the containers suck up all the sauce, the noodles are tasty but a bit dry after sitting in the to go container. The flavor of the food is very good. So they get 2 stars, if not for the delicious food... I would have given 1 star for poor attitude and horrible packaging.

Desert soup… I’m finding that more and more Thai restaurants are adding an inexcusable amount of sugar to their dishes, perhaps to appeal to the American palate. You say “authentic” Thai…I ordered a large Tom Kha soup and fresh rolls. The soup was so sugary sweet that I had to throw it away- totally disgusting when you’re craving a nourishing meal. The peanut sauce with the fresh rolls was too sweet also. Sugar sauce! Please, make authentic food like you claim to do. There’s no need to add so much EXCESS SUGAR TO YOUR MEALS.Americans are fat enough.

Liked everything we ordered From vegetarian larb (not the usual tofu, they fry brown rice), to pineapple fried rice (they don’t use fresh pineapple), and coconut ice cream with fried bananas (they put a wonton skin over the banana and fry just which is different but the wrapper is a little on the thick side is my comment on it). Unique and authentic flavors. Was disappointed they “ran out” of vegetarian mock duck and mango at 7 pm on a Saturday evening. Have doubts if they really ran out or whether they were withholding serving these as they are more expensive than the alternative tofu and bananas….Used to be my go to Thai place but way before the pandemic, they upped their prices and shrunk down visibly their portion size. Was disappointed with that so had not gone back in years. Seems like the prices are still high but the portion size seems decent (though they used to be way better and bigger). Would not mind coming back again and trying more of their menu items.

Like all Thai food I have ever had, expensive..but this place is worth it. I love the pineapple fried rice and the pad sew yew--- I know that is spelled wrong, but it is the meal with the glass noodles. If you are going to go for thai, get the best..

Great place! Food's great, drinks(full bar) great too! Dining room is serene, or eat in the bar next door. The staff couldn't be nicer!

Overall pretty good food. I've gotten the papaya salad twice now and both times way too sweet. You should not normally be able to taste the sweet over the sour in that dish.

The Drunken Spicy Noodles with beef (get it SPICY) is amazing!

Very disappointed on the food that we ordered...too pricey and bland. Not worth what we paid for Thai fried rice and chicken panang curry...Thai ice tea is $6 over the top.Even the server doesn't smile.
