35+ minutes wait and at the window people were standing around talking will I was waiting for my order
No matter how busy this place is they always make my order correctly and quickly. I really appreciate it.
Line of cars in drive through,on a Sunday around 6:30pm,no employee's where there? Big waste of time
Today is 12/24 at 4:30pm...the lobby was closed it is not the first time... and there were 4 guys workers and a girl sitting in the lobby chilling and never care .I don't know why they r paying them for sitting and playing there phone??! Wondering Is there any manager control these kids??! Such a mess
This particular location is severely understaffed. Must evenings when I go, the dine in area is closed. Orders filled are often sub par as well.
Friendly but HOLY SLOW in the drive through. From the time I ordered until when I got my food, I waited 23 minutes ?
The prices differ from both what the official website suggests and what the prices on the price through menu say. I don't go to places that bait and switch this hard. Especially when it's a heavily advertised combo where you have a few signs for it? Come on!And yes, I accounted for tax.
Went to drive thru at 9:30 and sat there for a while without anyone greeting. I said hello multiple times and no one came on. I tried calling and no one picked up. I saw someone inside working when I got into the drive thru and then when I came to the window to try and talk to someone they were nowhere to be found. Supposed to be open till 11 and “drive thru open” sign was lit up.
Has all the lights on and says that it's open but nobody comes to the window and makes you sit there at the drive-through screen that is lit up like any other drive-through that is open for like 10 minutes
Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Kids ignore people at the checkout, I've gone through here at least 6 times and they've forgotten the hot sauce almost every time. I'll never eat here again. 7pm onwards is when they're working.
