This place used to be a great spot to get a sandwich after shopping at Home Depot. Last two visits, there was either NO bread, or no marinara sauce, no respect for veterans, drink machine had no ice or Diet Coke. Lazy servers who don’t care about customer service. What a disappointment. The owner should do something about the quality of service.
Horrible, No flat bread (AGAIN) only one kind of cheese, drink cooler empty, soda machine not working. Blonde heavy set girl behind the counter in red shirt didn't ask me if I wanted a combo, didn't ask me if I wanted my sandwich heated. In fact she just stared at me and didn't say "Welcome to Subway".....nothing. This location should be temporarily closed.
Worst service I’ve had at a subway chain. Guy couldn’t finish one ladies order that was in front of me before trying to start mine.It took 10 mins just to get a six inch sub.Store also had no napkins and no bags, hardly any chips and small amount of bottled beverages.Never will come back to this location.Perfect subs up the street 10000% better
Incorrect business hours. I came to the store on a Thursday 8 am, and it was closed.
Worst service. Very rude customer service. Almost like if they don’t want you there. Lunch time and only 2 people in line.
Worst customer service the guy looks like he is high on something because he can't even finish making a sub and the girl with the blonde hair just keeps going to the back when the line is super long. At the end we didn't get a sub and waisted our lunch break.
Very rude customer service. New management is terrible. 3 out of last 4 times that I’ve been there for lunch their system is down and can’t take orders. Also they will not take phone orders. Never going back!
open sign on and during hours open door locked employees inside saying closed no note on the door or anything
New Management is trash! I called left a VM she listened to the first 30 seconds than decided to pick up with an attitude I came on Friday they closed at 6 I’m not here 10am on a Tuesday and they are closed. Update the website update the door and check your chick in charge. She going to get a lot more of these reviews.
