Absolutely impeccable staff, the owner of the store is highly spoken of from her staff which brought me great joy. The sandwich was amazing and the staff is warm and inviting, I tell all my friends about this place because it is a hidden gem ? restaurant was clean and I took note of the manager greeting me prior to walking in, this is the kind of customer service I’d hope to get at other subways. This is the subway you need to visit, thank me later ??

It was nice. They had all their stuff nice and fresh and the price was nice and reasonable.

I used to come here almost every week to pick up the same sandwich and the guy the runs this place he would always change the price for the same sandwich I was like mad about it it’s like if he was trying to scam me all the time for money that’s why I stop coming here now I go to the other one just cause of him guy looked at me like if he didn’t wanna serve me anymore well I’ll be gone than it’s not like is the only subway around

This store is disappointing for sure. We have been here many times and the service is going down hill. We have tried, 'order pick up' several times only to find we didn't get what we ordered upon arriving home.Their slogan is, "Have It Your Way". On our LAST VISIT to this store we were told that they only had one kind of bread, Italian so we left and went to the Subway store on North Santa Fe Avenue in Vista and were very pleased with the results.

Fair warning for those considering a quick bite.Ordered two footlong Subs with a protein (1 steak, 1 bacon), egg and cheese for pickup. I arrived home, bit into my steak sub and noticed a lack of egg.. and toast on the edges... And as I ate, a lack of cheese.. and freshness. The other sub sadly was the same, with many missing ingredients. When I picked it up they said nothing about my missing ingredients, or maybe a broken toaster. My number is on the receipt.. they did not reach out while making it either.No one was was there in the shop when I arrived, it wasn't busy... No subs were being made. I can't see a good reason my subs were missing 2/3 of the ingredients in it's name... Let alone the rest of the order. And management didn't seem to care to reach out either (I sure did). With no explanation from anyone, I don't wish to return here. Their attitude and care is clear. It's been years I've been a customer, but there's better options by far if this is how they operate.

Whenever I order online they always have my order ready to go when I walk in. If they don't have flatbread they call me and let me know. Good service.

Went in today 6/13/2020. Young man working alone was courteous and professional. My sandwiches came out great!
