I never have a problem with that particular Subway. I never got my order wrong never rude always friendly even get to know people almost on a personal level. They go way above and beyond the order. They ask you for things that you never even thought of you might like on your sandwich. It's amazing the stuff that they do there. I'm so impressed with them I don't even have words to describe the service that I get every single time I go in there and I almost go everyday. I love this particular Subway.
Did an online order, one sub completely missing the other was completely wrong. Don't know how you mess up an order when it's printed out in front of you. Not sure how you hand a customer and incomplete order when it clearly says five subs and you only give them four.***Adjusting to 3 stars Subs that were made we're really good, manager of store reached out to correct issues. ***
These sandwiches tend to be a bit more on the pricey side, but if you know your way around the menu and take advantage of the daily subs/promotions this could be a damn good meal for a low price.

This place has the worst service lately. I'll only go if Sean is working because he is so nice...I went in today and just left because there were 3 people in there and 0 people said anyrhing to me after me waiting 3 minutes. Not a single person asked if they could help me and none of them were even helping other customers. When I asked if someone could help me the cubby kid rolled his eyes and I just left. I'll he back when Sean is there
Wish I could put no stars. Horrible customer service, always one person working with a huge line. Angel is the worst employee ever. Do not go to this subway. You have been warned!
Bring back the honey oat bread
The Subway on Melrose Dr. by Food 4 Less is tops my best Subway sandwich shop. The service is excellent and the sandwiches are great. The sandwich makers are so friendly and relatable. Sometimes I get lost in conversation with the server. Me and my kids went in 20 minutes tonight before closing. I didn't get a sour look from the server and he treated us like VIP's. A terrific man and gentlemen who was very happy to serve us. My hat is off to him with the highest respect. All the servers there are amazing. Big thumbs up to this branch.???
The footlong were great even tho my flat bread sandwich had more veggies that most fell out of sandwich ?, & they didn't have green tea or sweet Tea available even tho the on-line order said that it was.
