Ordered my usual drink and wasn’t satisfied with the taste. When I asked for a remake it was only worse. The employee by the name of mason came to the window and very rudely stated “it was made standard so you can either pay for an extra shot or take it, up to you” terrible customer service! Hopefully they fix that. Until then I’d recommend either going to a different Starbucks or finding another coffee establishment.
Expensive but delicious sandwich and drink very fast staff inside the store clean with seating outside drive thru sucks very slow very very slow

Lots of middle/high school kids and parents from nearby school. Very little cramped parking and drive thru sometimes blocks traffic.Staff is usually slightly above average.
This astablishment has Slowest drive thru 20-25 minutes and rude customer service at the window. Not my first time that it happened here since I live a few blocks over, but the mistakes are consistent here. Today they tried to argue with me that I didn't order 3 venti , but I was charged for 3 venti? And then they remade 2 drinks because they made a mistake that I didn't know till they told me. I went inside so I wouldn't hold up the line so they can fix 1 drink that was a tall and not a venti like I ordered. The boy at the drive thru register was staring at me with this look and then started walking towards me like he was going to say or do something? That was the vibe he was giving me. Never again at this place .
Service was great and friendly. They were out of a couple of the promotional items and the drive thru was a little wonky just due to the placement of the store. Great spot though!

Trashcan outside overflowing of trash at 10am. Entry doors disgusting. Indoor floors dirty. Tables not wiped off.
Love this Starbucks. JP the manager has amazing customer service skills. We miss him at the Solana Beach location. Always smiling super helpful!
