Starbucks itself is always great. Staff very friendly! My fav local spot. However, the customers don't know how to behave or understand basic street laws for the drive through. Today, an impatient and rude lady almost hit the truck in front of her because she doesn't understand basic street laws. Another impatient and rude lady almost side swipe my car for the same reason. Its not hard folks. Starbucks should implement a better drive thru rule so its not so chaotic. People were gonna fight and as great as the coffee is..not worth the hassle.
I don’t normally review Starbucks, because they’re well…Starbucks. They’re all the same right? But honestly the Starbucks was different than any I’ve been to, very much a hipster vibe with the decorating. Everybody seemed nice and I got my drink pretty fast too, wifi was good and it’s a really good spot for solo studying/work. Maybe not the best for a big group of friends meeting. No outdoor seating.
Terrible service. Kept me waiting even when there was no one in line. One of the workers gave me a hostile look
The employees at this location were all friendly and helpful. We’re visiting from another area, have stopped here twice, and each time the store was clean.
This location has gone far downhill. You pay nearly around 6$ for a drink made with oatmilk or almond milk. Or they just add almond milk without telling you when you asked for Oatmilk because they ran out. Please call customer service to get your refund or stars back when this happens.
The staff is very friendly. If they don't have the item you ordered in the mobile order app they let you pick something else or give you a gift card
this location has consistently been hard to retrieve mobile orders from…..Has to be my least favorite of the bunch
I am 50 and had a Starbucks the 1st time last week!!!I had this chi tea latte with oat milk over ice. I am pretty sure if you looked up love in the dictionary, that would be it.. chi tea latte with oat milk over ice
Fallbrook's Starbucks is very large with lots of seating and friendly employees. I went through the drive thru this time as it was raining. The server chatted with me as I waited for my drinks. Love this store!
12/6: ordered in a busy day, they forgot my order? i was patient too waiting for 30 muinutes, you guysss im always here, im so dissappointed :/Their online order pickup is messy. Im always trying to come up to their pick up area and theres always someone in front blocking it not thinking that other people are picking up their order. They need to advise them to stand on the side and wait for there's if its not ready.
