This is the slowest drive through I have ever experienced. I sat in line 30 minutes before I git my food!
This place has terrible customer service. They take forever to answer the drive through and when you finally order they leave you sitting at the window for 10+ minutes for the food to come out. They handed us our drinks and did not update or let us know at all when the food was coming out.
Waited at the ordering station drive thru for over 4 minutes. I just drove up to the window and was told that lack of employees was causing it while I see these youngsters clowning around and laughing, complete waist of my time and they got my order wrong.
Ordered ahead using the app it was super easy were they able to customize everything as I wanted. Love Sonic!
Haven't been to Sonic in years thought I'd try it out tonight. I ordered a #1 cheeseburger no onion with tots and a root beer. Burger came with onion and one bite had a hard griddle in it. Root beer was clear like the syrup was off needless to say can't drink it. Also ordered a chili cheese coney. It's looks pretty sad and the chili tasted burnt and old. I worked at Sonic when I was 14 in a small town in Kansas and I remember it tasting so much better then this. Disappointed :(
After waiting in the drive through for 25 + minutes I just left every I’ve been here it’s been a super long wait. This is definitely not a fast food restaurant.
Great tasting food BUT they get my get my order wrong often :(

Fries were Luke warm, at best. Sent em back. While waiting; I asked that I receive a fresh burger, since it was getting cold awaiting fresh fries. I was accommodated & left HAPPY!!! #DRIVETHRU
