Great service, great atmosphere! We ordered 6 rolls and were not disappointed at all! The price was great and so was the wine! Highly recommend! Pictured is the RBV roll
This place has my favorite sushi in North county. They also have incredibly good mussels. We've had takeout and we've eaten there and it's delicious both ways. Love the staff and how funny they are and nice. And I literally don't want any other sushi but this place. Plus they have the best beer glasses.
Me and my friends come here pretty often and their food is very good and the servers are very friendly and they remember and pay attention to their regular customers. Thank you!!!!!
Awesome specials and overall menu! I recommend it for everyone into this cuisine. At this time I had a lunch special!
I can’t believe what I just brought home from this place , I ordered a baked lobster roll that was not baked and it has shrimp on top not lobster and it’s the most worst sushi I have ever tasted . All 4 rolls I ordered are not anything special if they can’t make a crunch roll than what are they doing calling there place a sushi place . nothing looked like there pictures on there menu . I do realize it was 60.00 but I can tell you I will never give them any of my business again . It was that bad
First time I came, they were fairly quick and the food was great. Tonight, it took over an hour for 1 hand roll and 1 regular roll, and it wasn't that good. Understaffed and the cooks not efficient.
This was my first time at the Vista Court house since mid 2019(I'm a criminal defense lawyer in Southern california) and there were several changes at the court adjacent shopping center. The Chevron is an Arco, the Starbucks is gone, and this new sushi joint just opened. I was drawn by the fact that it has a five star average after 27 reviews which is unusual/unheard of considering restaurants are rarely above 4.5.I got a sashimi/gyoza/California roll bento box for 15 bucks and added a tuna avocado roll. The bento box was great, particularly the gyoza which were not the throw away frozen ones you usually get with shopping mall sushi. The sashimi was very good, the California roll was just ok and the tuna avocado roll wad great. The fish was very fresh. Definitely worth stopping by if you are around Vista courthouse over the lunch hour.
The service was great and the food was delicious. Also surprisingly affordable for sushi.
Great sushi place in Vista. Very sweet team who are running the place. They will go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your experience. Fresh sashimi and many fresh rolls, not a place with a ton of imitation crab meat. Would highly recommend
Ordered: mackerel nigiri, spicy tuna hand roll, and the Wow roll. From the first bite of the nigiri, I was impressed with the freshness of the rice. A little more fluffy than typical sushi rice but good flavor. Similarly the spicy tuna wasn't as... macerated or marinated as what I'm used to. But it was fresh AF.Overall everything was super fresh. The wow roll was definitely spicy, and extremely tender and light. They were very generous with the scallops on top of the roll.I was very surprised they didn't serve wasabi or ginger. I did try to ask for it but one of the servers (there were two ladies serving me) had already walked away. I didn't really miss it though, because the items I ordered were pretty flavorful on their own.The space is bright and welcoming, and very clean. The servers were friendly. I sat near the kitchen and was impressed with how quickly the food was being sent out.Very well priced. Including a hot tea, my check total was $24.
