I I go to this Popeye's often, but have never had as good an experience as I did today. The employees were truly working as a team, orders were being prepared quickly and efficiently, and George! Oh, George, the cashier was RAD! I saw how he interacted with the customers - kind, friendly, fast, efficient, and genuinely listens. Very impressed for Popeye's today. Please keep telling corporate to BRING BACK THE JAMBALAYA!!! I miss it. Thanks!
If there was only a way to give no starsWaited 30 minutes for our oder and was given a large tee and 2 piesWe we're umm where's our chicken? Mind you we paid for chicken. We were told that it wasn't put in with the order they wanted us to wait another 30 minutes for the chicken manager was so sorry but there was nothing she could do even though they had cooked chicken ready to be boxed up but wouldn't give us anyI'll never go back to that restaurant ever again it's run like some kind of daycare manager isn't even out on the floor where they belong bunch of kids running the place ?
Went for the Amazing Fish Sandwich you see in TV it turned out to be like their Chicken Sandwich//Steaming and soggy all compressed together didn’t look beautiful like the TV Commercial…didn’t even taste good ….If I’m eating Carbs… I want something Great … I’ve tossed 4 sandwiches out the window to feed animals at 2 different visits…They put Sandwich's in a bag so it steams it girrrr They need to switch it up & put it in a Box … so it might look like the commercial (Crispy)Love their Tenders, Chicken & Beans & Rice
they will hand you incomplete orders and you won't know unless you check the bags for every item I ordered 2 rice 2 Mac n cheese 2 mashed potatoes and 12 biscuits 52 bucks ! .... easy right ! I get home and my 2 rice are missing. I go back and they question me like I was trying to get free rice ..... not sure when this began but they no longer sell Cajun rice ..... so what they gave me was rice and beans mixed . the staff in the back don't care as they had smirks and smiles and talking amongst each other like I didn't understand what they were saying . the manager didn't seem to care at all. I got my money back for the rice. place is disaster
Do not go to this Popeyes. The chicken that was in the spicy chicken sandwich was undercooked. I think they were rushed because they were busy.
Super cramped inside (even bumped my head on a low hanging light fixture). No one behind the counter even acknowledged our being there for like 10mins. They said they were busy with online orders, but even still.
Love the food but such a small location to order at, almost impossible to dine in. Always a line out the door but okay service
Sloppy small store, employees leave take out food on the side without keeping track of orders. Had me answering the same question 10x, couldn't locate my order, after waiting 20 minutes for an online order for them to finally realize where they had placed it, even after that they were still asking me for my name for the 7th time. Definitely avoid this mess of a store, no drive through, sloppy service, tiny store located in a nightmare of a location.
The quality of food was excellent but you should order ahead in the app for pickup because the speed of service is SLOOOOW. ?
Visited this location and ordered a 3 pieces combo, two legs and thigh with Mash potatoes and gravy. I got home to eat my food and I had three legs,but I paid for a bigger piece of chicken. In addition, I told the cashier my name and she still put a different name on my order. Please traing employees to know the different types of chicken.
