What awesome service tonight 4/12/22 from Joana . I was ordering from from the parking lot and asked someone could come out to take my payment. I injured my knee recently and I was in extreme pain and I couldn't even walk to the door. And then next thing I know here comes beautiful Joanna to take my order in person which I thought was very sweet and kind. It really made me so happy that a young girl in her early twenties (if that) would know how impactful her kind gesture was appreciated so much. I was having a pretty hard dayup until that point.. Funny how someone can help me turn my frown upside down. I had to tip her extra! She deserves recognition. Yay!!! JOANNA. I HOPE YOUR BOSS SEES THIS!!! She deserves a raise and praise!!!! Oh and the pizza was great too!!!
Called this location after I looked it up in my area. Waited over an hour for them to call me saying they listed my address down wrong . Then called me back saying they were 3 cities over and had to cancel the order. So I called the location and they told me they had no order in my name. As a professional person in food service and as a small food business owner. This really was bad service and I do not recommend pizza hut. (Keeping the money and the tip I was gonna give) sincerely CHEF DIEGO.
I spent almost 70.00 and this location ran out of 1 of the most important ingredients. She gave me the same order credited but I would have rather just get the refund.
They go and remove my review a couple weeks back I ordered a buffalo chicken and the disrespectful rude young girl working the front told me I had to pay for a side of buffalo when all I asked was if the can drizzle some on top like every other buffalo chicken pizza you get at any other pizza joint and so goes and tells me that we don't do that...????? Lol this location is awful
This is my first and LAST time I will order from here. I literally ordered a pizza an hour ago. Took an hour to get here. Driver called me up, said his phone kept sending him to Fallbrook when typing in my address. I asked if he bothered entering in my city location than let it auto populate. Dude was like "oh that's why I got lost."When I called and asked why my food is being late, it fell on deaf ears and just got a response "the driver is on his way". The pizza was cold and so were the soggy chicken wings I ordered. Don't order from here!
I order from this store once or twice a month. I always come in and pick my order up and a mask was never required. This last time I was not greeted and explained that they were now requiring mask. Instead I was rudely greeted. There was no respect for me the customer. I felt like the girl who I'm sure is just trying to do her job was exerting some kind of authority. Be better please.
This was by far, the best experience that I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. The man who took my order over the phone was very patient, polite and professional. The young man who delivered the pizza and hot wings was very polite and professional. The food was amazing and cooked just how I like it. I will definitely order from this location again.
Everything went smoothly. Staff was polite and professional.
My pizza was poorly made. It had minimal cheese and was dry due to insufficient sauce.
