NEVER ORDER DOORDASH FROM HERE!!!! I keep giving them chances to be better and they keep failing. Because it’s doordash, they can get away with messing everything up and not getting reprimanded for it. It’s been about 6 or 7 times that they’ve forgotten ingredients or used different bread without telling anyone. This last time, I ordered the Roasted Turkey Avocado BLT. It had the right bread, but there was no mayo at all, there was only one small slice of bacon on each half, AND THEY USED CHICKEN INSTEAD!!! Salad chicken. I’ve been a customer for 6 years and never have I gotten chicken instead of turkey. One time, they used sliced turkey instead of their normal turkey and didn’t say anything. I’m done ordering with them through doordash because they simply don’t care.
First time in Panera was just there to get some coffee cake. Spoke to a man at the register and asked if they have any and he says yes but none are ready. So me wanting coffee cake I asked how long will it take and he says “they are in the freezer come back tomorrow”. But you see I can smellllllllll lazy (I got tons of lazy coworkers) so I decided to order online. Order was ready in about 5 minutes. Coffee cake is a solid 8/10 but worst customer service I think I’ve ever received.
Very good Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich, and Turkey Bacon Avo Club. Thai Chicken soup has a spirit about it but is not too spicy. Would definitely have it again.
The only reason im giving it two stars is because some hispanic guy that works in the kitchen was aggressively trying to flirt with me at the vista transit center. It's like dude, what did you do? Get off work from rolling dough then walk down the street from your job to the public transport area to look for love? Kinda cringe
Found meat all in my Ten Vegetable Soup. The meat was in both bowls. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
Twice now when doing curbside pick up I’ve had to walk in 20 and 10 mins past when it was supposed to be ready but it was just sitting on the counter directly behind the manager. And eventually they even messed the order up. The cashier were nice and helpful but the managers don’t seem care at all
Well to start off the macaroni was so cold not even lukewarm. The carrots tasted frozen and it was heavily salted. The Asian style salad was so heavily sauced that it made my tongue raw 1/10 will not be coming back. Service was nice got a few compliments and there was a very nice old man that gave great advice. ?
The Flatbread pizza was pretty good. The pepperoni wasn't greasy but for the price you can get a whole pizza elsewhere. It just depends on what you want.
Terrible order person. So confusing. Tomato soup was good. My friend got the onion soup and it had no bread and cheese on top. Just broth and onion. the grilled cheese was imitation cheese of some kind. Terrible. No clean silverware. Area by food pick up smelled like sewage. Don’t have to change a thing we won’t be back!!
Panera is very consistent with their good food. The service has changed a little. You now have to get your own food when it is ready.
