Used to be my go-to spot for 2 1/2 star mediocre grade Chinese fast food, but today they illegally refused to serve me, in blatant violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Guess they'd rather get sued than take my money for food!
I came here a few minutes before closing and the staff was amazing. Juan made me a batch of beyond meat even after he had everything cleaned. He was so kind to do this for me, completely made my night! Phenomenal customer service. Thanks so much Juan :) I drove all the way toVista from escondido to fulfill my craving.
Food poisoning alert! (Even tho the staffs were nice). I got to-go when they just opened this morning. After finishing my bowl about 30 minutes, got really bad nauseous and headache for hours. After throwing up, my symptoms relieved.
I like panda Express, I used to go twice a week, bit not i go like onve a week. The reason is because Everytime they ask if I want to donate money.
I have been to Panda Express locations in So. Cal and this was the WORST - so bad, I threw most of it away. It has cured me from having a Panda craving!
Very busy location, staff was very professional and super attentive when ordering. The dinner could be better maintained. The food was good and fresh, the portions were ok. Parking was a pain but definitely super shopping center.
These restaurants use to be a favorite of mine in the past for a quick bite. Their Chow mien is almost all cabbage and onion filler. On occasion when they introduce a new side its always a more costly choice.You should see how they like to hide no noodles and teaser servings from me when they close the lid real quick and pretend to write codes on the lid to conceal that fact ?
They try to do as fast as they can, that they don't let you to pick your plate... I was going to tell the girl what I want, when I see that she was putting something already. Great food , but horrible service...

70/100: the store was clean, the staff friendly. Panda Express has reduced their meals' size. The quality and the taste are still the same. I had no issues while visiting this location.
