Me and my Family wanted to try a new breakfast place. This place is not it! We got there the girl with curly hair took us to our table but never greeted well. She did not offered us drinks my daughter was hungry and thirsty. I turn around and she's offering drinks to other people greeting them so polite. We waited 20 minutes with nothing on the table just a menu. Server came down took our order and drinks. WAITED 20-30 MINUTES JUST SO HE CAN COME BACK SAYING HE LOST OUR ORDER IF HE COULD TAKE OUR ORDER ONCE AGAIN. I SAID "NO THATS FINE WE'LL JUST LEAVE" he said he was going to double check. Once he took off we decided to leave asap. I was not going to wait another 30 mins to start all over. They didn't even try to fix the problem just start from scratch. NEVER GOING NEAR THAT PLACE ?
Wanted to take my father to eat at a new place. Place looks clean and nice but the service just wasn't it..People went and they got their food delivered quick and we were still waiting. We ordered something simple and small while others ordered big meals and was more people. It Took them an hour to deliver our foods. When we told them we wanted to leave , in less than a minute they immediately took our foods out... What a coincidence... Overall Our server was nice enough to put our food in takeout boxes and! I had to still pay full price for the late food/service.... Not even a discount or an apology. Might or might not come back and see how they are again....
Food great. Service terrible. Had to ask for butter and syrup for pancakes. By the time it was delivered to the table the pancakes were cold. There was 4 of us and they only brought enough for one order had to ask again. Will not go back until staff is better. Took us almost an hour to check out because staff didn't know how to work the cash machine
The boys love this place. It's their favorite spot for pancakes. This time, we ordered ahead and it was to go. The food was really good as always, but the order took like 45 minutes to get. I arrived after like 20 mins from ordering, but had to wait for around 30 mins at the register. They were completely packed and there was help wanted, so it's understandable. Prices here are a little high, but it remains to be the best place for breakfast regardless. We always order the veggie omelette. It's awesome! You can also get fresh strawberries. They are higher priced, but they really make sure they are the best quality. Minus one ⭐ for the wait but it's very close to 5 stars. I'll post pictures next time we eat in.
They were short staffed the week day we went, but we only found that out after waiting a really long time to even get our order taken and overhearing other guests complaining to the manager about the wait. And they were still seating people! And not telling them there is a really long wait for food! We found it really strange that people who recently were seated were getting their food before people who had been there before we got there. A couple parties even left because of it. We felt really bad for the wait-staff/cooks, I don’t think they ever got a break or a breather. The prices were too high for the quality of the food. They offer gluten free pancakes which I really appreciate but they were an extra $4.75 - which you don’t find out till you get the bill.Both of us started feeling really nauseated while we were inside for some reason. I don’t know if it was from the water or from the weird smell coming in of the gardening being done right out front. We felt better after we left. Such a strange and disappointing pancake day. I understand service won’t be up to par when short staffed, but you have to let people know coming in!
First time coming here after hearing so much about it and I was very underwhelmed. Sat us right away the place wasn’t too busy. That was the only good part. Took about 15 minutes to get out order taken and then waited an hour for our food we saw plenty of other tables who came in after us get their food and we even let the waitress know and she just said sorry food is taking longer today. When our food finally came out I could tell it was prepared quickly with out care. The omelette looked nothing like I had seen in pictures and on other people tables it was practically a scramble. Our potatoes where sad looking. The pancakes lived up to their hype tasting pretty solid and their whipped cream was Devine, but in the end a bad first experience makes me not want to give this place another chance.
After a long time, i finally got to visit this restaurant and i decided to order to the German Pancake. They served it in a incredibly huge size and it was very delicious and tasty. Besides that I really like the service and it was really clean and organized.
People on here complaining about the prices, like they haven’t heard of google. Search and research before you go to a restaurant. Overall I had a great experience here. Food is great, service is great. ?
We Went late on a Monday morning so they were pretty slow which made for fast service. I thought the place was very clean and big. The server attended us quickly and the food was quick. The pancakes were delicious and was not crazy over priced. I would come here again.
