Whoever Samantha is that answers the phone is rude! If she ain’t happy there she should look for another job! She answers with an attitude, keeps it very short and talks as if she’s mad you called to place an order. She has no customer service skills what so ever and I’m sure one of these days she will try the wrong person!The location off Oceanside Blvd is a better location, very nice and welcoming but this location off Coast Hwy I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
I ordered a lot of stuff. Its doesn't taste the same anymore. The pizza was hard and kinda crispy. The dough was airy (lots of bubble holes) and it didn't taste the same. Very disappointing because that was my go to place when I didn't want to cook. My kids even said the pizza tastes weird. I don't know if it was the ingredients, dough or what. To make it worse it more expensive now. I might give it another chance if I don't like it again I'm not going back.
They got our order wrong so we tried calling on the phone...my girlfriend been on the phone for an hour an half. I tried calling 4 differnt times about 15 to 20 minutes each...finally drove back to the store...they weren't that busy people were standing around and I was first in line, I even mentioned we been on the phone ringing on hold for over an hour they didn't really react hah...recorded it too so you can hear convo and see them jist sitting around, not answering phone ringing for 90 minutes hahaha. Staff is slacking would rate this branch a 0 if could
It's hit and miss here. Recently gone down hill. The crazy bread will be hard, the cheese melted out of the stuffed CB, or pizza will have sat too long.
I ordered alot of food,about $75 worth,they messed up our order, then,right away,we called their # & it just literly rang for over an hr.. the 1st 15-20min i was like i wana now see how long itll take 4 them 2 answer.. now its been over an hr.. drove all the way back,& the girl up front when telling her the issue seemed not to comprehend lol & didnt really know what all 2 do..lol she seemed confused.. we took also video.. ;-) of how confused she was wow.. this place might wana try & hire new people.. ONES THAT HAVE COMMON SENSE & ALSO ANSWER PHONES... for them to take OVER an hr & still not answer the phone wow what are u doing then? no1 can answer..like loosing money & customers i guess.. wheres the mngr? is ur mngr also like this with no common sense? wont be ordering from this little caesars again.. would definitly NOT... reconmend them at all... HOW CAN U NOT HEAR UR PHONES RINGING????... STRAIGHT BS SERVICE WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM A 1STAR RATING... the owner of this place is gona lose alot of money.. wow HIRE BETTER/SMARTER PEOPLE ;-)
1 star for the food, other than that the service not great.Someone needs to answer the phone.
I ordered 3 pizzas and waited about an hour for them. The longest time I've ever waited at a little ceaser. I was noticing 2 guys in the back that came out 30 minutes within that hour of me waiting trying to make pizza and they were so high on something that they couldn't even make the pizza. They had no masks on either, they were hugging on each other, it was like if I was watching a comedy show. I was in awe! So many people in the lobby were upset about the same situation. I counted 8 people at least waiting for a while. On top of that they got my order wrong. Not 1 apology or sorry for the wait.. Little ceasers needs to think twice about who they are hiring.
ordered online. pizza was more than an hour late. got home pizza had hairs in it. wife went to return pizza and manager did not want to give refund until i called. He kept on telling me to "come through" instead of just giving a refund. my wife left and one of the employees chased after her she had to run back in the store and another employee had to hold him while my wife got in the car and drove away. Employees looked suoer high and could barely walk and talk!!
Food was awesome staff was great I highly recommend this pizza place
