Got really sick after eating here tonight. Beware of poor food handling.
This location is often NOT open until their midnight signage. I have stopped by a few times around 11pm recently... And even tho their sign said Open, everything else was closed... Even tho they were supposed to be open until midnight. To save yourself the trouble, just go to location off of Sycamore.
This jack is especially good. Always fresh!
I have only been by a handful of times in the past 4 weeks and half of those times they were closed. (This was around dinner time. So 5ish.) Today will be the last time I try to go there before work.
Its ok in a pinch vit not a regular go-to as the food quality is ok at best.
Franchise operated means it's going to be awful for everyone involved except the owner who gets off on screwing everybody. They make sure to understaff and underpay thier employees. Bad managmemt closes the restaurant whenever they feel like, not abiding by operating hours. Thier solution was to just take down all the signs with thier business hours. I place mobile orders only to get there to find the place closed and my order on the screen in the kitchen. Making complaints through the app does nothing, they never call or refund. JiB corporate needs to audit the franchise holder.
Pretty disappointing. I asked if they were still serving breakfast in the evening and got a "uhhhhhh..." response so decided against it. Got a chicken fajita pita and it didn't have lettuce or the shredded cheese. Pita bread was falling apart. I was polite but didn't get a "thank you" or any other niceties you expect from a customer facing business.I get fired up about Jack because it was my first job in high school and they emphasized customer service and fresh food (We called it ATO - assemble to order). Heck we even had a timer set to wash hands every hour. This was the Clairemont Square Jack back in the 90s. Go to that location, not this one.
I've stopped going here. I know there are alot of places that are short staffed at this time but I shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes to order only to have to repeat my order multiple times at the window. I lost my patience and left...I opted for a healthier option.
Food is great and staff are friendly. Very clean.
To slow, I was waiting for 20 minutos , for just a regular burger meal
