Inside is always closed, and you pay a lot for the food, but they never fill it up, the fries do not ever go to the top, if your lucky, you will get it half full, and the burgers /chicken sandwiches are made sloppy, if you do not check the food right away you find out when you get home, since the inside is always closed you have to back through the long drive-thru line to try and correct it. ..
Every time I come here there is a problem in order a meal on the app and the employees didn’t even know what it was. They are asking me what it’s suppose to have, then I go another night and the same person has me waiting to take my order but never even checks if I’m there. I sat there saying for 10 mins and then I started saying hello for 10 - 15 on top of that, then told me she didn’t know I was sitting there. This is at 1230 and she proceed to tell me they are closed and after I announce the time they said oh we are open
We came here very late at night and got the cluck chicken meal. If I could give a zero I would. The French fries and the sandwich were very cold. The sandwich was harder than a rock it was so inedible by how hard it was. I’m assuming it had been sitting out for over an hour I don’t think every sandwich is so hard you can’t eat it. I wish I called for my money back the whole meal went to waste. It was strange when we got the window they already had it ready. Very disappointed. You are better off going else where than wasting your money on food you won’t be able to eat. DO BETTER!!!! Don’t come here and I will not be coming back either. Such a waste of my money
Fast and courteous service early in the morning (5-6am). I was also pleasantly surprised that the dining area inside opened up at 5am.I would recommend this place if you needed an early meal quickly.
I used to love coming to this location, I cannot go through the drive thru due to driving with a trailer. The lobby however, is never open anymore. I’m not sure how they stay in business just running the drive thru. The coworkers behind the counter just look at you, doesn’t state why the lobby isn’t open. And when they decide to unlock the door and you do walk in, they’re rude, and make you feel like an inconvenience. I’m not sure if this just new management, but hoping this place gets it together soon.
Took forever to be helped , drive thru took more importance then serving dine in customer. Waited 15 mins for my food will not come back. Homeless hang out here, bathroom smells, tables dirty
As I pulled up to pay with my 1 year old in the back seat, they essentially called me a thief. Pretty sure that what they did was illegal. Stay away from this location. Horribly managed location.
Worse jack in the box ever ! They say they don’t close till 3:00 is 12:02 & I was on drive through kept saying “ hello” nobody awnsered , I pull up a little & i see 2 staff members duck down , that’s beyond ridiculous I have never complained at a restaurant this place has to be shut down for bad customer service .
This is by far the worst Jack in the box I’ve ever eaten. The chicken strips I always order at the one in Santa Fe are so much better than the ones I got today from this Jack. I can tell they cook them fresh just by tasting them at the Santa Fe one and the chicken strips I got from this one today were disgusting. They did not taste fresh and the chicken was yellow instead of white like the ones at the Santa Fe one. I could not stand the taste of them. Before throwing them away I tried calling them to complain but they did not answer. I was already home when I checked them. It was not worth a fight to drive all the way back to the Jack but oh well. This is the second time this has happened and it will definitely be the last one. This Jack is just so disgusting and filthy. Thanks.
Have you ever been to Jack in the Box? It's like that. This particular one is always hot, always fresh, and always get the order right. They know what's up.
