Ordered and was charged for medium fry but received small over salted fries. The lady at the window was also slightly rude.
The lady at the register is filling up fries and food for us without washing her hands. She is back n forth from register to filling up food... Either she should not get the fries n food... or wash her hands... I know it's school rush and it's busy but doesn't means they don't follow basic steps for everyone's health... didn't liked it at all
It’s the nearest jack to my house and every time I come they mess something up as simple as asking for hot sauce and they can’t get that right and I can’t even walk in for some because they are closed and line is long I didn’t even enjoy my food once again !!!!!
Check your bag before leaving. This Jack in the box NEVER gets orders correct. The newer Jack on Santa Fe by Vons has the same problem.
Like most fast food places, this one seems overwhelmed, probably due to less employees than they need, with little or no training. Food is good and cheap. What else do I expect? Just a tad more efficiency.

The food is usually hot and fresh but this night The food was cold, the tacos tasted old and the lettuce tasted a little rotten. The night employees need to step it up.
2 times in one week I drive up to the menu to order an no one is on staff.. what is going on...tell me with a town full of jobless people why are there no employees when its supposed t ok be open 24/7
The lady working the drive thru at night for the past few weeks has a major attitude towards customers. A few days ago We ordered 2 sides of tiny tacos and she gave us 3 sides of sauce. when we asked for one more she said we didn't need more than 3. Today we went to get 3 shakes, with each of us paying for our own. She refused to let us split it up saying that they dont allow more than 2 orders at once, which i know is a lie because we've done this before and multiple times without issue. Shes always stern and never friendly. She either needs an attitude adjustment or shouldn't be taking orders.
The worst experience and worst service ever! When we arrived there was no line and no more than 3 cars in the Drive tru. We waited in line for about 10 minutes and asked if our order could be taken. They denied us service even though there was other people inside eating and said we had to go to the drive tru because they were too busy. It was only 7pm and they do not close until 10. I was very confused as there was only 3 cars in line and no one in front of us. We patiently waited until they finished what they where doing to ask if we could place an order. If they were not taking order inside as they said they should have told us from the beginning instead of making us wait and then being denied service. It was a complete waste of time and extremely unprofessional!
