AWFUL. My son ordered fries with his meal and they came out tasting very rancid and sour. I ordered the breakfast platte, and my eggs were dry and overcooked and brown and stringy, completely unedible, and the hash brown was sour and rancid. They need to learn how to cook and change their oil. Rancid oil causes cancer. I also asked multiple times if they would put the pancakes in a separate container, because I am gluten intolerant, and instead they put the bacon in a separate bag. Really not worth the money. Scrambled ggs need to be kept moist and fluffy, and not cooked till they are dried out and browned. Oil has to be cooled down and refrigerated at night, and dumped when it goes bad. You are ruining the food.
Drive through is closed constantly after 3AM
Terrible, charged for food that wasn't even included in our order. Wait times for drive thru are ridiculously long, drive thru order taker couldn't figure out how to run my card, had to park and come in anyways...This place could definitely benefit by receiving some training for it's employees.
Long wait at drive thru (which normally doesn't happen here) but food was special order and everything was perfect!!
I've had 4 bad experiences here but the last one was my last. We here waiting to order for 8 minutes everybody ignored us. Some lady came to the register and then walked away. Not even say welcome to jack n the box. So we walked out and went to Wendy's across the street. I will boycott Jack n the box for the remainder of the year. Then go back in a year and to the same one see if it improved.
I bought a spicy cluck combo that one of my coworkers recommended to me and they over fried the chicken and gave me no sauce. I also noticed it basically wasa spicy chicken sandwich. So I payed a spicy cluck combo only to be given a spicy chicken sandwich (chicken, bun, and lettuce). very upset, given I only had 30 mins because I had to return back to my overnight job and noticed it when I arrived at work.
My favorite fast food place. I love the curly fries. The vanilla shakes are my favorite.
They were very kind and nice. Not to be mean but you really don't go to jack in the box for the costumer service ? but this one's service it's worth going again for, it's worth mentioning that I went on the 31st of December.
Drive-thru experience.The lady was very rude and disrespectful making disparaging remarks in Spanish thinking we wouldn't understand.My visit was at the Melrose location in Vista @1:34pm on December Tuesday 14th 2021.She kept on asking for our order then asking us to hold we waited for like 20 minutes like that she would come to the intercom and leave again and leave us there then she started being so disrespectful and we decided not to order. We still had to wait for the car in front of us to get their order and that too took a long time.I will never go back to this restaurant.Horrible experience.
