I stop here on eastern Night just to get me some tacos and the line wasn’t even that big like 4 cars Infront of me so I waited a little bit they were taken so long on the drive thru so I decided to park and go inside to get my tacos it was 9:30pm and the dinning room was close already so I was asking why is it clos so early if in the window says the dinning hours of operations if they not gonna commit to that well change the hours of operation very disappointed
The best one on this side of town.they could be short staffed and will still give you great service and fresh hot food.Appreciated!
Food was good. But then the manager messed up on the shake and refused to give me my money back and then smiled and flipped me off.
This location served me old tough fries, then when I let complained my fries were inedible they kindly replaced them with the same batch as before only tougher because they thought it would be a good idea to just reheat the old ones. Fun times.
Took a loooonnnnnggggg time to get our order. But I must say food was hot and really good. They may need more employees. But I wood go back.?
I placed an online order and the employee seemed confused and bothered since my order was not showing up in their system. So, I showed him my order along with the location I placed it at. He responded rudely saying there’s nothing I can do you have to call and cancel your order to get your money back. He also, Didn’t even offer me to place an order since I was waiting inline for my order anyways.
I am a Jack costumer but this store is been running out of things at least once a week today I bought 6 extreme sausage they put double egg one meat. It's okay sometimes but someone has to check this out please
Never have any side salads, worker on professional over the intercom. She started to have a attitude since she had trouble understanding my husband. Right way would be please pull up to the window for further help. Bad experience. Customer service needs to be able to have patients with people order not all people speck perfect English. Horrible experience. when I got the food my fries weren’t even in the box and the meat from the burger wasn’t cooked correctly, the cheese was hard and the bread looked like it just came out of the package. I’m def not getting food from there again.
I enjoy coming here for milkshakes and hot fries early mornings but recently shakes have been unavailable.
