Wassup with the manager ASHLEY SHES SUPER RUDE. DONT EVEN SAY ANYTHING TO U JUST STANDS THERE AND STARES AT YOU WITH A RUDE FACE .. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.
This location is okay. It's hit n miss. You get attitudes from the young women who work there and food is always not what I ask for. U can tell they need more work on listening to a customer's order and don't act like it's too much c7z there serving us. Also they over cook ur burgers
I was just there and the girl at the Window "Ashley" was rude, couldn't even say "hi how's it going" nothing. handed the bags over and when I asked for ketchup she gave me 2, for a family of 4 IDK but 2 really for my order size and you hand me over 2 ketchups. DO THEY TAKE IT OUT OF THEIR PAYCHECKS?
Food was fine but dine in wasn’t open & there was no signs it was closed. I had to walk through the drive through line to order & pick up
Went into dining room went to order counter and stood for long time, no one else in room. Never got asked if they could help or what I wanted. Finally just left. No order No food No apologies. No I'm not likely to go back.
Homeless ppl yelling at each other made this visit my last at this location.. but I still love you Jack!! ?
The service was good enough for a rather small location. The food quality is also decent, so far keeping my experience with Jack in the Box fair.
I saved a Fish from drowning, took it for a walk came across this Jack in the Box decided to eat here ordered some Curly fries and got a juice box. But then out of nowhere a Person with a pet fly started beef with me and my pet fish. Then we continued to battle it out in a game of rock Paper, Scissors. It was a tie 1-1 we went for the tie breaker I lost. But then an Employe stepped in and swatted the strangers pet fly, so it ended with a victory for me. 5 out of 5 stars, would recommend eating here.(Check the pic, its my pet fish Kobe Bryant)
They took the time to double check the order and make sure they got what we ordered. Does it take an extra minute? Sure, but they took that time to make sure we got exactly what we ordered and that's better than just rushing through without what I asked for.
