Normally we have a good experience here but this last time, not sure if they're short staffed, we had to look for someone to ask for a take home box and then we had to look around again for someone to bring our check so we could pay and leave.On a good note, the food is always delicious and cooked perfectly.
Took over 20 mins to get our food but the taste was above average trim the wait time to about 15 or so the it would deserve 5 stars
IHOP in sycamore is amazing option for your breakfast. We just loved the food also nice customer service too.
Excellent customer service, our hostess/server Mercedes was so kind and attentive. Our food (55+ Rise n Shine and a build-your-own omelette) was prepared exactly as ordered, served hot and the ingredients so fresh.The attentiveness we received today is truly lacking at any of our Northern Virginia area restaurants. Vwry refreshing experience, highly recommend.

We were seated in the enclosed area (south part of bldg) and called it the cry room! Horribly noisy with loads of screaming kids. (We are 82 and 50). Could not visit orHear ourselves think. Very poor choice for the hostess seating us. There were empty tables in the main room.The food was just ok..nothing worth talking about. One of us didn't get any butter for our pancake but the server didn't come back.
Sadly it has THE WORST LOCATION in Vista, if u can get passed the people outside, ur good. Staff can be a bit iffy but given where they work can you blame them? Food is tasty, yeah thats the only good thing.
