Love the food at epic wings. At this location I went in a bit late on a Tuesday after catching a movie. The cashier was nice and professional even though it was almost closing time. Her and the cook helped me put that day and helped me satisfy our cravings.
Epic fail for us. I get that we ordered fast food wings but we had a terrible experience. Food was cold - wings were dry and tough and the bread sticks were soggy. We didn’t finish the meal (12 piece meal) and will not order from here again. Looks like a lot of other people have had good experiences but ours was memorably horrible.
Very bad I've never seen a shop where the staff is as rude and uneducated as this one, talking about wanting to curse customers, slow working, and stinky food

It is a long wait for a dine in. Seemed to dry. They added small amount of the sause. Recommend the Escondido locations. This location is pretty but food is better at other locations.
Food decent, service just okay...what can you expect it's a food chain ran by teenagers who truly do not understand customer service.I'll go back when I get the munchies...I'll probably just order on line and just pick it up to eat at home and watch a dumb movie.
No. Just no. Go somewhere else. Place sucks. The bread is basically the only good thing. Don't get me started on the wait time

Today was a very unsettling experience and I will not be returning. I came in during my lunch break just to wait for 20+ minutes just to find out my order still wasn’t done after I had to ask what was taking so long. I ordered a simple small order which still wasn’t done after I watched people come in after me and order, but yet leave before mine was done. I asked the crew where my order was and they seemed to not be able to find the POS slip. Long story short I was left with the option of a refund and left still hungry since waiting longer would have caused me to be more late back from my lunch break. I understand they were a little busy but to not be warned of the timing or whatever the issue in the kitchen was is just not customer quality. Thanks and have a nice evening.
Food was good like always just wondering why all the chairs are up at 7:30pm on Sunday when it says they close at 9:30pm like they are trying to discourage people from eating here that’s not cool
